Waiting in line to show ID while old folks and kids wait in -20 is nuts. Double vaccinated, and I do not agree with these measures. The whole experience sucks...

Michaels is over priced and if looking for quality knitting fo to your locally own knitting store. I do not like the sales practice that there is a daily coupon you can get from their store page and of you do not have a cell phone then you cannot get the coupon in the store.

I really love this store. There is so much to choose from. But If you need a calender don't go because they don't have any. But for your arts and craft this place is paradise

Missing a lot of stuff. I get its COVID times but there hardly nothing when it comes to art supplies, drafting materials, and paper compared to paints.

Great service but I noticed, during pandemic, they do not sanitize their Interac terminal between customers. Especially since you cannot use paypass, that's not very great.

Just to clarify first.1- the store has all the products as usual.2- the store is clean.3- business is as usual.But I've noticed that after leaving the store, I have no idea what covid measures were taken outside of purel at the entrance... Compared to other stores there is no ground directions ou more space to walk or anything.. People just go around their business with no issues. I'm not saying they don't have any but strangely (and I try to see those resolutions in other stores usually) I could not identify them in this store outside of markers at the cashiers to distancing customers before they pay..Take note that other than that the whole store is great and had me found all I needed.
