Ayman gave me a great deal on a car that was perfect for what I needed. Unfortunately i did have some issues with the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. The engine would not stay running, due to an unexpected issue. but veracity motors made sure to get me back on the road.Fortunately the tow and repair was completely covered under the 35 day bumper to bumper warranty. Despite selling me the car for much lower than the original asking price he was gracious in covering the repairs. The car is now working great, veracity motors is a very upfront and honest dealer.Despite my difficulties I would highly reccomend and would purchase from them in the future!

Great experience purchasing from Veracity Motors. Ayman was very accommodating and made the decision to purchase from him an easy one. He offered undercoating and an oil change after purchase. I will highly recommend his dealership and will return to purchase from him in the future.

I sold this dealership two car parts, which were then returned to me because they claimed they were defective. After going back and forth with my supplier (thinking that they sold me defective parts), it turned out that there was nothing wrong with them. It simply turned out that Veracity either didn't know how to install them, or ordered the wrong parts and blamed it on me. This caused me a lot of wasted time, and energy with my supplier (and made me look pretty bad), plus the costs of shipping these things back and forth. Maybe the car selling portion with them is fine, but I would think twice before having them do any work on your vehicle.RESPONSE: You tell me why they worked after they were tested, and re-sold to another buyer. Did they just start working all of a sudden? And now the story changes to Pfaff Mercedes installing them, and not you as you originally claimed? Their response is quite telling, the blame shifts to everyone else but themselves.

I had such a pleasant experience dealing with Veracity Motors. Ayman was exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He went extra miles and provided us with excellent customer service. I was able to purchase a mint condition Ford Edge SUV at very fair and reasonable price. I am very happy with my new car and I definitely recommend Veracity Motors.
