The staff were very friendly, caring and efficient. The doctor was very knowledgeable, caring and carefully explained all treatments as well as answered all my questions. All the costs for treatment were fully explained to me and the cost was very fair. I checked out a couple I’d other veterinary clinics before placing my trust with this one. My small dog received wonderful care and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Got my kitten vaccinated and spayed there, overall I'm happy with their service, the doctor called me right after the surgery and explained everything in detail, I found them respectful and supportive, the incision was very small and healed very well .Not sure about the price as they were my first option ,but it seemed pretty reasonable to meWe will definitely go back :)Photo of my kitty post surgery :)

We have now taken two different dogs of ours here. They have always been caring, attentive and thorough. They listen and are patient when you’re stressed!Always call back when they say they will. And all tests get back super quickly.After our first dog passed they sent us a card as well as followed up with a phone call to give condolences and walk us through the next steps.I cannot recommend this place enough! These pets are our babies and I fully trust this place with our pets health and well being!

After going to a number of Vets in the tri-city area, this is by far the best and my favorite. We see Dr. Kinninmonth and she is very knowledgeable and great with our dogs. We had to put down one of our dogs last year and her compassion and support was amazing. Kathy, Mila, Nicole and everyone else there is so friendly and supportive. Thanks, see you next visit.

UPDATE: My dog just turned 13 May 1st. This is by far still the best animal hospital ive been to. Michelle who works front desk is amazing(my favorite). Everyone that works there is great, they treat pet parents good but most importantly they treat peoples pets very well. There is not one thing negative i can say. Karma has had to see different doctors there and they have all been so good to my dog.Dr Gaind is absolutely amazing, he really cares for your pet and does not leave you with questions unanswered. He is professional, good sense of humor and very knowledgeable. I like people that be all those things in one. I actually request him when i make appointments for Karma.I switched vets a couple of times, until i found this one, been here ever since. We've been coming here since Karma was 6My only regret is I wish we would've start coming here sooner

they are awesome. my cat came home with a very bizarre twisted toe that I thought it need a big surgery , his toe was twisted completely upward, I called this place as they were open on Sunday and they got me in right away, they were very friendly and doctor explained all she want to do , they gave me a quote for how much it will cost that was really fair , my cat was back home with normal paw like nothing never happened and they even charged me less than what they told me first they didn't even charged anything extra for being Sunday which most of other places do. great to have them in neighborhood . and

We have been going to Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital for five years for our 6 rescue babies. They have been amazing, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing rare conditions in some and regular visits for less severe treatments. They have seen us through the most unbelievably hard times and also the most simple, all the while making us and our beautiful babies feel like nothing less than family. They are all amazing people who have the biggest hearts and truly are the best at what they do!
