The restaurant is OPEN AT MIDNIGHT!!!My food was hot, employees were incredibly polite and smiling.I thought I was dreaming, but no, I am writing this eating a cheeseburger!WOW!

long wait inside and outside. It's take me 27 minutes to get my order for one happy meal and one poutine and missing sauce inside poutine. Bad service

I order online and it took them forever to find my order and more than half of the stuff they did not have and then they made us go wait in line where it say number 1 and they where going to give our order to someone else.

Absolutely horrible. EXTREMELY long wait at the drive through and more waiting after I paid. I even walked in to ask what was going on and no one even turned to talk to me. They ignored me . When I saw the young girl going out with a bag I asked if this was the order I was waiting for and it was. The whole drive through experience took approx 20 minutes. In the car, driving away, I started to eat and the food was cold and stale. An absolute waste of time and money. I wrote them an email. Let's see if they respond.

Every time, and I mean every single time I ordered here, they somehow get it always wrong. It's actually impressive how they manage to not get the simplest of orders correct. I stopped going to that one because we have like 4 in Saint-Jerome but tried it again because they (supposedly) have a 24h drive thru. When I finally got the correct order after giving them back the wrong one, the burger I ordered was really messed up, I know you don't go to McDonald's for presentation but this was actually atrocious, I first thought I only had one bun because how crooked they did it.So just avoid this McDonald's at all cost.
