Drinks were great. Awesome ambience. We had the tomahawk but I would only recommend it to a true steak person. We shared it with some appetizers. Servers were very attentive

We came here twice during our stay at the hotel. I have mixed feelings. Restaurant has really great potential but was a little bit of let down. I was really looking forward to trying their steak. It is aged which gives it a nice flavour but the steak was really burned on the sides which was not enjoyable at all. I’ve never had a steak like this. The place is rather expensive so I was expecting their steak to be cooked perfectly.The oysters we really enjoyed, they were fresh and excellent!The tartare was also very tasty but I really think they should vary their sides because every meat and seafood dish has the same sides which gets quite boring and the they’re not even that good. They should offer a variety of sides as options like most restaurants do.I really wanted to love the place but it isn’t quite there yet!

I recently dined at Boefish, a high-end restaurant, and although it was a bit expensive, the experience was worth it. The food was exquisite, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a fine dining experience.

Food was amazing. I got the New York strip loin and it was delicious. I would recommend the truffle butter, added a bit of extra flavour to the beef. It does come with a hefty price so I expected nothing less. The atmosphere was nice and everything was very clean. The service was decent though they could have come by more often to refill our waters and ask if we wanted drink refills.

What a beautiful evening, every course very well executed with exquisite calamari ans surf and turf cooked just asked. The service was great. The only thing is to go in the hotel to find a bathroom. Anyway, will go back to try the rest of the menu.

Boefish was a great experience. Really nice ambience, great selection of drinks, friendly staff, delicious food. Portions are on the smaller side but I eat less so it was perfect for me! A great addition to the OTL experience :)

Edited March 25th 2023: Today was our fourth visit at the Boefish and it was as good as it was the first time. Sometimes you might have a good experience in a restaurant however when you go back a year or so later you might be disappointed because the food is not as as good as your first time, well let me tell you that's not the case with Boefish, this place is consistant with the taste and the quality of their food as well as the service. Their steaks are some of the best in the province (we know what good steaks are, we're from Alberta), their ravioli, their Ceasar salads, their fois gras, their desserts are just delicious. Our waiter, Yakub (I hope that's how you spell his name) was one of the best server we ever had in a restaurant. He's attentive without being overbearing, he's polite, he's nice and funny, we had a great time with him. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and he made sure that it was acknowledged. We live an hour away from Boefish but it's well worth the drive. I've been recommending this restaurant for the past 5 years and I'll keep on recommending it, cause it's an amazing place. I can't wait to come back again.Wow what an experience! The food is excellent as well as the service and the atmosphere. Everything we had was delicious, foie gras and Caesar salad as our appetizers then raviolis and rib steak as our main, were to die for. We live an hour away from Boefish but will definitely come back again and again. We classify this place as our new favorite restaurant. Unlike a lot of people who thinks that it's expensive, I think the price is very reasonable for the quality of food you get. I've eaten in places where they charged me the same price for mediocre food. Next time on the menu, Tomahawk steaks, aged 45 days.

One of the best restaurant experiences ever!The aged steak was wonderful (I would have liked a larger portion of mashed potatoes...but I'm a glutton), the drinks & dessert were on point, and the Chef's Table experience was thoroughly enjoyable; even got free vodka espresso shots on the house!Will definitely be back if ever in Sherbrooke again.

We had a great time with extremely fine service and amazing service. Antoine was very meticulous with our special requests and spent extraordinary effort to accommodate them. The Onion soup was very tasty and the lobster tasted fresh. The desert was phenomenal. Try their oysters, you will not regret.

Excellent place, but they offer things additional without tell you it have an extra cost, like the mushrooms (12$)
