DO NOT return a Uhaul here whatever you do.. he will not refund your deposit. he will tell you he will but then makes something up to avoid it because he would then have to get the money back from Uhaul. Sketchy AF.

I love this place because the owner takes care of his customers , he is the most honest used car sales person i have ever met and i have shopped for cars from NFLD TO VANCOUVER !!! You will not get a bettet price anywhere , go and meet Jarmaine and he will look after you totally !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! Worst experience ever dealing with Jermaine. When I first saw the car the main issues I noticed were the many scratches on the exterior which he told me he would get buffed out and that the srs light was on which he told me he would get taken off. When I went to purchase the car his wife was the one dealing with my purchase and after complaining that the scratches were still there his wife commented that he spent the whole weekend trying to buff the scratches out (which was a surprise to me because I thought he would have gotten it professionally done) and that the srs light was still on (I was reassured that the srs light would still get taken care of). My complaints about the scratches resulted in his wife calling him and him being less than friendly before offering to take $100 off. Having been told it would be taken care of and Jermaine previously talking to my brother and claiming to be an honest person who doesn’t do shady business and a bunch of other lies I took the car anyways. This was a big mistake. When I followed up with Jermaine about the srs light he told me to report it to the warranty company (because I also purchased warranty with the vehicle) as if it had just come on and warranty would cover it (which was clearly shady and him trying to save money out of his own pocket but I just wanted the srs light off so I tried anyways). The warranty company informed me that that wasn’t actually covered and jermaine said he would call them and see cause it should be. He never got back to me but after constant attempts to reach him he finally made the call and told me the same thing they had said but still assured me he would get it dealt with. This was all in late November and it was until late December that after constantly contacting him again that he finally put me in contact with a mechanic. I went to the mechanic who told me he would get it done before I got there but I left still having nothing done. After constantly calling that mechanic to see when he would get what he needed for the srs light to be taken off he told me that he told Jermaine he couldn’t do it so I should call Jermaine back. After many unanswered calls, texts and voicemails I called jermaine from someone else’s phone and he answered which clearly let me know what I already suspected, that he had been purposely avoiding me. He played it off like he would still get it done and said he had someone else who could do it. He gave me a date and said he would get back to me to confirm if that date would work for the person. I never heard back from him even after calling and texting him the day prior to the given date to see if the appointment was set. It is now March and I have been calling Jermaine, leaving him texts and voicemails and he has not contacted me back. This is the type of person to smile in your face to get your money even when he knows he’s screwing you over. To be safe just purchase elsewhere!Update: Since posting this review I was contacted and finally set up with an appointment to get the work done. The appointment was initially supposed to be 4 days (which would have been really inconvenient for me) but after speaking with my brother Jermaine said he would see what he could do about getting me a vehicle for that time period. Instead Jermaine said he found someone else who said they could do it in 4 hours so we set the date and I dropped my vehicle off on the Tuesday. I called the mechanic 4 hours later and was told it wasn’t ready and again a couple hours later and was told I would have to leave the vehicle overnight. I was stuck with no transpiration but Jermaine paid for my Uber ride home. I was told it would be done the next day but it wasn’t and then the day after that but it wasn’t again, in the end the the car was not ready until Friday. I still had no transportation so Jermaine paid for an Uber again so I could pick the car up. Jermaine did communicate more frequently with me throughout this process and was proactive in making sure that in the end everything would be done right by the mechanics.

I don't recommend Presidential Auto Sales to anybody that is in the market to purchase a new Vehicle. The warranty that is provided is terrible and the vehicles they sell are Garbage. Thanks for the Lemon Jermaine. I JUST UNLOADED THE P.O.S THEY SOLD ME. BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE GARBAGE. BUY ELSEWARE. UPDATE. THEY CLOSED LOL.

Good experience, was helpful through searching to purchase of a car.I'm buying another car from him, was able to get me the lowest price on my previous purchase.Would recommend him to a friend!

I went to this guy once her opens at 10 didn't show till 10:15 ok no problem took him an hour to get me checked out for a 5-9 trailer or no problem is still early in the morning on a Saturday. Really nice guy told me if I need help or anything to call him, ok cool he's a stand up guy. So the next time I went to rent a trailer off him I called him the day before but no answer so left a message, never called me back ok that's cool could have been busy. So I go there the next day for 10 am waited till almost 11 and call him a few times to see if he was going to be open anytime soon didn't pick up. Call him again and it rang twice and to voicemail it went so tried again a few minutes later and he had turned his phone off or blocked me. So I tried for the next Saturday to see if I could get a trailer off of him, he picks up this time and says yes he will be open so I get there for 10 and waited till 10:30 and just left. This guy should not be a u-haul dealer or if not only give him 1 or each trailers not 4 of the same because the other 3 u-haul dealers don't have any and they are open when they say they will be. Don't go to this guy.

Well I have to share this..i was without a car for awhile and was looking to purchase and a friend mention to me that presidential auto sale as what I am looking for and they where right...i end up purchasing my first car there...jermain the owner was very helpful and knolodgeble by helping me choosing the correct car...so I want to say thanks to the him and the entire staff....and I will recommend to friend and family,and because of the great experience.i'll do business with him again.
