Professional and fair-priced services. Mehrdad did a wonderful job on my laptop and saved me a lot on my son's gaming PC by avoiding unnecessary repairs. He saved my son's old gaming PC while there seemed to be no hope. I recommend Alfa Plug to everyone with all types of hardware and software issues. Mehrdad was also so kind to take care of the phone for free while I was waiting for my son's computer to get ready.

After Techworld told us the motherboard was shot on our iPad, we took it to Alfa Plug. He found the problem and fixed it in two days. A bent case resulting in some damaged wired inside was all that was wrong. A simple problem. Nothing wrong with the motherboard. He fixed it quickly. Took pictures of the work done and explained the problem so we could avoid it in the future. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Fast service. (We subsequently got the glass replaced on the iPad. 24 hours and with official Apple components. )Thank-you for your exceptional service.

Very good. The phone was fixed with a lot of care and precision. And phone worked perfectly afterwards. Price was very good and service as well. Did not take long at all the issue was fixed within 30-40 minutes and the owner was very kind and treated us well.
