Turn around is extremely slow, they tell you a week it is two, they say we will get back to you tomorrow it is three days. They say something will be completed, it is never and you must follow up. Zero accountability

As a clinic administrator who always submits to Telus health I would like to say that they're not user friendly. The website crushes and sometimes we cannot see what we submitted.
