Countless delays, revocation of a promised refund, terrible management - that summarizes my experience with TCC.TCC took 12 months to finish a relatively simple kitchen that was due to take 2 months. All along the way, there were numerous errors with ordering and delivering completely incorrect products, issues with scheduling, and some issues with installation. Some of the same errors were repeated multiple times. Granted, 3 months of delay were due to COVID; however, it still took 7 attempts to get it right, each time accompanied with a commitment" to fix the issue for the next time. We ordered in October 2019 for a Dec 2019 install. They finally completed the project on October 30 2020.Aside from the owners

Didn't send us what we ordered. Measurements were off by inches! Didn't match what was sent to them. Had to wait weeks for re-delivery. Very poor communication. NO apology. Designer didn't get back to us or was never in the office. Very poor service, would not recommend. Very poor communication from them.It is under a different name. I shouldn't have to make an online complaint for something to be done. You know there were mistakes and something should have be done then. Where is the WOW service?

Great!!! Sara is the best kitchen consultant there is! She is attentive, flexible, hard working, patient (I am running out of adjective s here as you can see) and most importantly will go above and beyond to fulfill customers desire. Absolutely happy with the service!!

We purchased a custom kitchen in August 2000. The design portion of the project went well and installation (our installer) proceeded on time. We began to notice buckling in the corner of the shaker panels and some roughening on the bottom edges of several lower doors within the first two years. Also, in several places the shaker trim began to separate from the flat portion of the doors. I sent an email to the designer we had dealt with expressing my concerns and attached several pictures for her to see. I heard nothing for ten days and then received an email from the service/warranty manager. He stated that the damage was caused by water sitting on the doors or scratches and that our only solution was door replacement at our cost. We are a retired couple who live alone and spend 1/3 of the year at our cottage. The kitchen is not heavily used! A kitchen reno is expensive; I would have expected better longevity than 2 years.

Steve took our very dated small galley kitchen and transformed it into a super functional amazing workplace. Every square inch of space was incorporated into the design and we are thoroughly pleased with the results. Can't recommend this talent enough!

We personally had terrible experience.We chose this company based on good reviews, paid extra for a “professional “ designer, in order to avoid any measurement mistakes , and to have warranty on it.unfortunately most of the kitchen has mistakes in sizing, it looks like something put together from scraps rather then a designed kitchen. Not to mention the delays, we had to celebrate xmas without a working kitchen.There were handles missing which we didn’t receive, and had to purchase separately, under cabinet lights that don’t fit at all and laying loosely, etc... and it’s been two years!! We have been emailing them (way before covid time) and at first they kept postponing the date to come and fix what is possible to fix (they did come and made a long list of things that are missing and could be fixed after installation) but after a few months they just stopped answering, and of course didn’t come on the date they said they would. We are very disappointed.

They installed my kitchen trough EQ. Poor quality and design. You could see all the holes from the nails and the L brackets on the drawers. The baseboards are already coming off the corners on my island. Only used glue and other discrepancies.

A hidden gem. Steve has done a couple of jobs for me over the years and does top notch work. From an irregular sized island solution to a custom wine/bar in a small nook. Some imagination on top of great design was helpful and a great price to boot. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience designing our new kitchen with Steve. He transformed our dark gloomy seventies kitchen into a bright beautiful modern one. He was so patient with our ever-changing demands and had no problems creating new designs to suit our needs. We have so much storage room and functional space with wonderful features such as the swing out garbage can, soft close drawers and the best lazy Susan I have ever seen!Steve was able to make a huge daunting project so much more manageable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend The Cabinet Connection!

Our new kitchen was creatively designed by Steve from an old and very outdated kitchen. He made the very best use of space - even adding a wonderful Breakfast Nook area that has made all the difference for us. We cannot thank him enough for his attention to detail, professionalism, affordability, wonderful cabinets, fantastic storage space, and design creativity.We now have the kitchen that I always dreamed about!What a pleasure to cook now!Thank you again!
