This is a dealership where the staff appears to be genuinely interested in establishing a long-term relationship with a new customer. I ended up buying a pre-owned Ford Escape that had all the major service done to it.

Big thanks to Amado for all his help getting us into our new car. Even though we bought a used vehicle (and a Honda to boot!) he treated us as a priority, and made us feel very valued as clients. Went in to see what the new electric Mach-E’s we’re about, just curious as an enthusiast… Even tho I wasn’t buying, Carsen happily showed me all the features and was just super human about it all (which you don’t get much of these days)… he even let me take it for the afternoon. We just purchased our second vehicle (Mach-E) from Island Ford in as many years. Both times, Amado and Bryan did a great job of getting us through the sales process and set up in our new vehicle. Initially we received great service in regard to a transmission warranty issue. At first diagnostic, the tech team removed the skid plate splash guard/ shield" and forgot to put it back on. When we noticed later after first assessment pick up I was told that the heat shield would be replaced and put back on after being missed at reassembly... A very different name for it but hey I don't work for Ford so what do I know.After all the warranty work was completed. We didn't check the bottom of the vehicle as it was indicated everything that needed to was corrected. This last month we noticed plate was missing

I dropped into Island Ford to check out what it would cost to replace a tailgate. I have been to numerous for dealerships for service in the past and always found that the customer reception was iffy. In this case I was greeted by Mike at the service department and he provided me all the information I needed to find out what Ford would offer for the repair. With needing to save a little money, Mike then put me on to a local body shop that did a wonderful job. What I'm going to say at this point is that any business that manages to keep people like Mike providing a good customer interface is obviously doing all the right things. I will be back to get my maintenance done with these guys for sure!

Rob was awesome. I did a lot of research beforehand and he found exactly what me and my wife were looking for. Sandra in the finance department made the rest a breeze. When I took the truck to work, all my buddies shared their experiences with dealerships across the island and the Duncan dealership was hands down the most raved about. We will be sending over any friends and family looking for a vehicle and our future vehicles and upgrades will be at this location too. Thanks guys!!
