It's tiny and when it gets really busy it's impossible to get around inside the place. Do not bring children or even a stroller in here, there's not a ton of space and you're more likely to knock something over than buy something. Try the other location if you're able.

Nice, clean, organized market for local ppl, price might be higher than other places but they do sell things that you can't find at other placesBeyond meat vegan pattyHalo top vegan ice creamsI emailed Halo top Canada, they said they haven't decided the date to introduce vegan ice cream to Canada, however, at here, you can find it.Tried peanut butter and chocolate flavour, peanut butter one is very rich and creamy, chocolate one is not as good as other vegan brand. Well, you can't expect too much from low calories ice cream

I was excited to check out this store after driving by and thinking it looked cool and cute. After a walk in the park with my boyfriend, we decided to wait in line to check it out. Due to limited capacity from COVID-19 restrictions, only one customer from each household is allowed at a time.My boyfriend waited in line with me, since he was planning on waiting outside while I went in to shop. A white woman in line behind us began to complain LOUDLY on the phone, making assumptions and accusations about us, saying that we were going to go in together (which would hold up the line). She then aggressively yelled at us, telling us that only one of us can go in. We are of Asian descent, so she probably assumed that we couldn't read the signs ourselves. I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Nobody intervened or said anything to her, my boyfriend had to tell her to calm down. My boyfriend also informed the worker letting customers in/out that she had yelled at us, and the worker had just told my boyfriend that he could wait next to him, meanwhile the racist customer acted all sweet to the worker. I cannot visit this market again, even though the produce looks fresh and the food looks good because I do not feel welcome or safe here.

A small neighbourhood grocery market with high quality foods, most packed by the. The price reflects the quality so no complaints there.

It is a quaint supermarket store at Mount Pleasant. It has a lot of unique gourmet items that you're unlikely to find elsewhere. It has possibly the widest variety of ready-to-eat meals in any of the stores around. Each item is well marked with all ingredients. I was a bit disappointed by the quality of those though as I had received good reviews about it. The Indian stuff for example the biryani definitely needs work, it looks so unappealing.

I so want to give this a better review, but until they fix their disaster of an e-commerce and fulfillment system, I can’t. (Full review below.)The food is amazing. The salads are fresh and actually last a few days, the fresh pasta is great, prepared meals are higher quality than just about anywhere else, and comparable price to most high-end home delivery meals. No complaints at all. The quality of the food is what keeps me ordering from here all the time for work-week meals. But wow is it unreliable. I just checked, and of my last 6 orders, 4 of them either had a wrong item or a missing item. In 1 of those cases, they warned me that it was out of stock and refunded me without me asking. In the other 3 cases, stuff just didn’t arrive. I had to request a refund, and also, the whole point of paying for expensive prepared meals and expensive home delivery is to _save time_ so you can plan a weekly menu ahead of time and place an order. When something randomly doesn’t arrive, you have to figure something else out.I even had a conversation with customer service a week or two ago about the problems lately, and they assured me they’d check my orders, and then sure enough, this week, I ordered 2 prepared souvlaki dinners among other things, only 1 arrived. No advance notice, I had to request a refund.Plus, a couple months ago their website broke somehow, so you can’t have an account anymore, everything has to be ordered as a guest so there’s no history or re-ordering the same things, you start from scratch every time.I don’t know what’s going on in their shipping department or e-commerce. Maybe they’re focusing on the physical store, and that’s fine. But I’m an e-commerce customer and this is the experience I have. The food is fantastic, though. Just don’t count on it arriving if you order for home delivery.Edit: apparently if you edit even a single word in a Google review, it deletes the business’s response. Sorry about that. I saw that Summerhill Market replied and was really good about it and said they’re working on a new e-commerce system. But I edited my first paragraph to make it clear there was more review below, and it deleted their response.
