I stupidly spilled a bunch of coffee, on my 6 month old MacBook Pro, and Wayne was extremely helpful! Knew what to do! My MacBook is staying at London Drugs New West overnight to keep drying, so we'll see how the repair goes overnight! But Wayne was very helpful. Fingers crossed it dried enough and I get it back tomorrow!

Ordered yesterday at a different store with same day delivery and didn’t receive the order even though I paid extra for the delivery. They didn’t even know anything about my delivery or order. So I canceled the order.Today, I ordered through this store and again didn’t receive any notification about the order coming. Again, same day delivery and paid extra. So I called this store and they told me blah blah their server is down so the door dash delivery doesn’t work. If I want I can wait until tomorrow. I said no, because I paid extra for same day delivery. She offered for my order to be canceled and I said ok, let’s cancel the order. She then said she cannot cancel it, but I have an option to cancel it online. Went online to find that option and no such option was available. I then had to call back to explain that and the manager said she will leave a note for another manager tomorrow morning to cancel the order. What is going on there in LD? Managers having to leave notes for orders to be canceled? This should be an easy two click option for anyone at the store to do.I spent 45 minutes yesterday and 1 hour today trying to find out what’s going on with my online order and both times I had to cancel it because they had no idea when or if it’s going to be delivered. Horrific!

Got infant passport photos taken. We were sold photos that had a shadow and glare on baby’s face. We didn’t find this out until waiting in line at the passport office and had the photos rejected. Now we have to start the process over again. London Drugs should not provide passport photos if they are not familiar with the requirements.

I would like to give an absolute outstanding review to Raj Dill in the Computer Technician department..His customer service, and knowledge is beyond excellent!! He went above, and beyond to help, and fix my laptop yesterday.. Thank-you Raj!!

The photo staff are absolutely incompetent when it comes to passport photos. I thought I was doing myself a service by getting my son’s passport picture taken a week before I need it. The lady told me that it was going to take her half an hour. I told her to call me when it was done and I would come back for it. Two days went by and I did not receive a call.My husband went to pick up the picture thinking that it would be done at this point. They did not have the passport picture ready. Instead of telling my husband that day that we would have to redo the picture, she told him that she would call when it was ready. Fast forward another three days, no phone call. I called to find out where the picture is and a supposed manager told me they clear the memory cards every night so I would have to come back for a new photo. NOT EASY TO DO WITH A BABY!! I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted at the lack of customer service. The least the manager could’ve done was offer a free photo. Instead, he just basically brushed it off like this is the 19th time he has heard this complaint today.MANAGERS - train your employees to do better and to do their jobs properly.I will not be returning to London drugs for a a passport picture.

Usually a pleasant shopping experience. I have purchased many PC related items there over the years and a go to place for my cologne. However, in the past, there has been a few occasions where management and staff were very unprofessional and uncooperative which forced me to write complaints to their corporate headquarters to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Also there have been several instances where advertised specials were unavailable at the location. Hence the 4 stars...

i feel threatened. never coming back until apology. lady at makeup accused me of stealing even though i didnt. she then snatched it out of my hands. and said “good try” as if i was stealing. i feel as though it was racially motivated. the worker had dyed black hair looked early-20’s. should be fired so unprofessional!!!!

This store has a lot of useful products, but there is a certain experience that I have to leave a review.My friend wanted to choose a perfume and asked for samples from a store employee, to which they said that they could not provide samples. This needs to be sorted out by the management of this store. Because it is known that samples should be provided to buyers in this sales sector.

Always a good experience with the pharmacy here. They are very helpful and never had any issues with my medications, been using this pharmacy for years. Curtis in the pharmacy was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. They also do free delivery to, so that’s a bonus. Thank you

Every time I come here someone in line has to correct the cashier on a sale item price. Today it was me.Sometimes in life people are tired and I don't want to do a job I'm not getting paid for. So basically I corrected the cashier AFTER they already rang me up. That's a huge no no! Even with having no sleep I thought the price was a little high. This rude, ignorant male cashier with his hate on gives me attitude and said 'You should have told me it was on sale before I rang you up. I can't do anything about it now you will have to go to Customer Service!!. Lol! Excuse me! I'm so so sorry if I want to buy snacks and not do every ones job in the store when I'm not getting paid!!I briskly walked over to Customer Service to return items which should have already been processed as being sales items. Took me 10 minutes to get my discount on two bags of kettle chips. So ridiculous! Sorry if I'm not psychically aware enough that I'm going to be ripped off. Whoops!"
