Purchased a Anubis bong from higher society the bong itself is harsh and looks dirty even after giving it a thorough cleaning the glass looks cheap. Being cautious with the bowl piece because I know how delicate they can be didnt matter the bowl piece snapped within 3 days cheap quality.

The number one spot for glass. The inventory has struggled over last few years I feel, I believe alot is cause they sell a lot online so in turn they don't even make it to the shelves for the local walk in customer. Always knowledgeable here and friendly for the most part. Some items I have found them a bit more expensive compared to a competitor store. Wish they would get more selection but great store

Bought a banger from a super helpful staff member, dropped and broke it within seconds of walking out. Staff was incredibly understanding and replaced it for us.On top of it all it was a replacement banger since the one I bought from them earlier this year was so nice I decided to just buy it again.11/10!

I live in the USA. I ordered a dry sift box. They sent the wrong one. I called and they stated they would send me a email with information to send the incorrect box back and then they would ship the correct one. It's been over a month with no email. I've called almost everyday this month and they never answer my call. They are clearly avoiding my calls. Never use this company, they clearly don't care about the customer or making things right. If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would.
