I could have done a better job after watching an episode of Matlock. highly disappointed, i expected better results from Rick.

Wouldn't give me updates, and took forever to reply to my emails. I never knew what was going on.

As if getting a divorce with 3 kids isn't bad enough, Rick Hemmingson made my ordeal even worse. He charges for every phone call, every email, every photocopy and print, postage (even when they sent documents to a wrong address and I had to go pick up new copies). He made no attempt to contact me to update me on the progress of my file, I had to call always to find out. He was unavailable when I called for advice and did not call back when he was available. He charged me for documents I never even saw. I paid close to $2500 and wasted 6 months of my time and got absolutely no where, nothing was accomplished. I would not recommend Rick Hemmingson to anyone looking for a lawyer, the service was a joke and it's just a scam to get money from unaware citizens looking for help.

Charge upon charge, fee after fee~ the fees & amounts you are charged for are simply ridiculous. If it weren't so financially painful, it would be hilarious.

His knowledge of the law and proper research and due diligence is highly questionable. Communication? Very infrequent. Work Quality? He wrote an affidavit that had wrong facts and typos, A complete waste of time & money. Value? Had Mr. Hemmingson more empathy and finsse ith dealing with people's emotions perhaps the value criteria would had been evaluated one notch higher. I do not recommend this lawyer.

Rick has done very good work for me. No nonsense guy but we have always had a pleasant conversation when working through an issue.
