My go to grocery store - they have their organics all in one section, makes shopping super easy! :)

Nice, bright, large grocery store. Produce is always fresh and of high quality.4 of 5 Stars as pricing tends to be on the high side, and it would be nice to see more of the Loblaws no-name brand offered.

Premium products at a reasonable price. Food is always fresh. Staff are always smiling and eager to help out, especially the girls in the hot food section. They always go the extra mile for customers.

How that place is still allowed to sale produces is beyond me. Moldy overpriced fruits, vegetables and fruit flies (fruit flies are free. They have yet to find a way to bar code them). Yet they have discount sections for produces that are developing a second layers of mold to its existing layer of moldy-mold. Like 50% off before they turn to liquid.I’ve work in a grocery store like that once. Management being greedy, trying to cut down their loss, at the expense of customers, would shamelessly put those produces back on the shelf for us to drive them home only to realized a day later that our strawberries are walking themselves to the compost bin.I say no more with Smylies. No more spending 6.99$ for moldy strawberries. Viva fresh-co & metro, viva la revolution!

Over priced. Same items elsewhere for 2-3$ more.The reason I'm writing this review is to call out the older lady at the cashes. Yelling at her staff in front of customers and then bad mouthing them loudly to another coworker. Unacceptable. These are kids working, teach them... don't yell at them. All because they weren't standing at the right spot at the self checkout.

Yes, the prices are higher there than other Stores, but I really like their Natural Foods section. They have a good variety of Food in all of the Food Isles. The Staff is very nice. The Store is really clean. My only issue is that it always smells like someone has spilt Fabric Softener in the Laundry Soap Isle. I try to stay away from the Scented Isle, but I can't seem to get away from the Scent. I have Asthma, so this is a big concern for me. As a result I can't shop there anymore.

I have been using PC Express to do online grocery orders for quite some time. It never fails that something goes wrong with my order. Numerous times items are missing that I am charged for or I am given an item that is expired. When I call about the problem, I am told I will need to go into the store to fix the problem and they don’t seem to believe me when I say items are missing. I then have to pack up my two young children to go into the store. Really takes the convenience out of using the service. I started doing grocery orders online with a different store for a while, then decided to try Smylies again as their location is the most convenient. Yet again, I have been charged for items that I did not receive. I encourage everyone who places a grocery order with this location to check their receipt every time. I would not recommend this store.

The products are never faced properly. They are either all over the place or the french side is showing. Not very ptofessional of you ask me. They obviously don't train their staff properly or there is a lack of accountability somewhere.The difference is night and day from the Metro. It looked like someone stocked the shelf with only one hand...

Our son loves the airplane carts! Everyone we encounter at Smylies is extremely friendly. Grocery prices are not bad, but they are high everywhere.

The prices are higher than most places around BUT it's also the cleanest grocery store in the area, the staff is friendly and they frequently have amazing sales in their Joe fresh section.
