11 knights bridge is so awesome to live in neighbers are friendly and respectful and the location is great management is helpful and the apartments are nice and cozy

Living at 5 kings cross at the moment and this is the only place I live so far since I moved to Canada and it is very unprofessional when it comes to costumer services..1) BED bugs - it can be how much time they spray it or how many times you requested for them to spray it . It is still there . My husband got his own stuff to spray we clean every day I even got a vacuum special to get rid of the bed bugs it is still there ..2) Roaches - we sprayed and sprayed and still serve no purpose..3)NO HEATER.4)NO AIR CONDITIONING.5)Elevators is always in a condition that even I does be scared to enter .These ppl don’t value our money but as long they received the rent money they ok. All they do is paint the walls and doors and put numbers on each floor .So to new comers don’t even think about going to anyone of Knightsbridge apartments

The worst service ever. No respect no hard working no appropriate. U ask for something thousands and thousands and u don't get it. Full of cockroaches and bugs and very very dirty. Don't ever think of moving here. They don't turn on the elevators and even if you book it they still take it from you before you're done. They yell at you and don't tell you clearly what the issue is. One time they left us with no Fridge for a whole month and they ended up with giving us a fridge that is full of bugs.

I lived there almost 4 yrs (2013 July - 2017 May) the apartments are full of cockroaches, make Cockroaches as your family members because you can't get rid of them though you call pest control. i am almost lost 3 thousand dollars by dumping all my furnitures due to bed bugs, i won't recommend even if they offer you for free to live in this apartment.

Nice people, good management Live here.I liked but this was really annoying. Also this was a scam, How?well first they promised us wooden floors and the sliding doors replaced, but it turns out the floors are artificial and can rip your socks if you run on em'. The sliding doors started to get off track just after the day they installed it.Now this is unacceptable.

All staff members are very friendly services are their excellent. There are Hardeep, Muskan, Veny so co-operative. I appreciate them .

Horrible buildings!! I had a bed bugs problem and it took them weeks to finally get somebody out to deal with it. Then they told me that if it happens again or if we notice anything that they would come back out but chances are it's coming from another apartment. Not to mention the roaches that were everywhere in the building. There is not enough laundry machines in the laundry room and the price is ridiculous! The only thing good about the buildings is that fact it's so close to everything. If you like having cops outside your door every day and hearing gunshots almost everyday then go for it. Also, literally every night there was somebody smoking weed somewhere in the building (I lived in 11 kniggtsbridge) just DO NOT move into this building! It's horrible!!

This is a overall ok apartment. 3 Knightsbridge is nice and spacious but i realized is that they are careless 50% of the people who live here are mad because we have seen lots and i mean lots of bedbugs and cockroaches i never seen this before so don't live here or you'll experience this if you have kids you might want to live nicely choose a different building. Choose Mississauga because it's really good to live with your family.

All the office staff is extremely helpful.Thanks a lot to the ladies in the office especially they talk in Punjabi or whatever language you speak they try to accommodate everyone

Luxary appartments very clean. Manegment is very friendly and helpful.
