They relocated from their Markham location about a year ago, and in the midst of their unit renovation, a mishap caused only our unit (out of 21 units) to lose power for a few days during the start of our busy spring season.Jessie, through her perseverance, managed to find a contractor during the Good Friday/Easter weekend and had us back up and running again within 48 hours or so. As a testament to her ethics, she acknowledged the losses our business incurred during the downtime and made sure we were left financially whole" again in a timely manner.So how does this relate to you as a retail consumer?Well

I called Zean last week and spoke to Jesse. She told me that I should come in and ask for her and that I would be able to look at remnants. When I went in today, she refused to let me look at remnants. I wondered why this might happen... I know that I look different from the way that I sound. Could that be it?

After 45 year's in business never came by such professional people in Granite busses till I meet both Jessie and Brian, not only wonderful people to deal with their workmanship is absolutely excellent both measurements and installation. Don't even bother going somewhere else. Trust me. Thanks so much Jessie and Brian and all the guy's there.

Firstly, the actual work completed- the man who did the measurements was very polite, meticulous and overall, I am very pleased with how it turned out. If it wasn't for the following paragraph, I would have given 5 stars and recommended this company.1.5 stars for customer service. At the beginning it went smoothly, so I will give her (and the other rep that). However, the sales rep we talked to was incredibly rude over a misunderstanding over payment. She yelled at me over the phone unprovoked, and it was impossible to have a reasonable conversation with her because she would keep raising her voice. I mentioned this and the lack of professionalism, respect and tact in my email regarding my sent payment, and she responded in an extremely passive aggressive, rude, and defensive way. She tried to justify her behaviour by blaming me, and calling me deadbeat". Any other representative would have apologized
