I walked up while they were setting up a sale to ask if they had anything suitable for someone who stands for long periods. I would have come back to see their stock later if what appeared to be the manager was not so rude to me. You're in customer service. Act like it.

This store has a good selection of shoes, that is true. But I had a peculiar experience recently that will mean I won't shop there.I purchase a good pair of orthopedic shoes usually once a year. These type of shoes are higher end, and I get a prescription for them from my doctor. This is so I can claim a portion of the cost of the shoes from my insurance company.My insurance company wants to see an estimate for any shoes whose cost they will cover, for pre approval. Once I get their ok, I go and buy the shoes. This is a process I've done before at another shoe store that has been comfortable with doing it. In exchange they get a high end shoe purchase.So at this store I found a pair of shoes and simply asked the store if they'd print me an estimate.The answer was No. They don't do that.They don't do that? So they would like me to buy shoes from them, expensive shoes, but with that kind of attitude?I am not sure what the rational is for this. This will cause me to remember the shoes they had, the size and model number, and go on line and buy them that way,getting a screen shot which the insurance company tells me they will be satisfied with.With so much retail sales being lost to on line, I am not sure why this store is taking this approach. It I am quite sure how I will respond to it.

I met Natalie upon my first visit, and she was very helpful and I quickly returned to buy a specific pair of boots, and I met Breda, who was professional and so helpful for me to get my Footwear needs met! This store might be small but the shoes are very good quality! Price is moderate and fits the quality of goods. They have a room called the sample room towards the rear of the store. It's filled with gorgeous shoes! All samples are size 7. You can get a pair of $200 for only $25! Super comfortable, made in Italy and in Portugal shoes for a fraction of the cost anywhere else! Their sidewalk sale is amazing also. It's a must stop by and check out!
