Was here a few years ago and had work done by Terry Lynch. Now im seeing a new dentist in another province and it's going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix what he destroyed. No cap was placed on a root canal by his instructions and i am now losing the tooth and need an implantation done. Another tooth had filling done on top of an exposed nerve where a root canal should have been done. While i was there he had Horrible bedside manners and treated me horribly. I do not recomend him at all, and if you've had any work done by him i am so sorry

As an update to my prior review after being able to take a friends little in for them and having the opportunity to be able to see Dr Lee and her assistant in action, and they were excellent at what they do and maintaining a comfortable environment! No anxiety was had! They even have great memory of not just their patients, but also the stuffed friends whom accompany to help with the staying brave side of things, carebears included of course.Dr Lee cares very much about ensuring her patient's are comfortable to voice any questions, concerns, or issues they may experience or be experiencing within this clinic.I had prior negative judgements with dentists of the past at this location, but because of the recent positive experiences I was fortunate to experience back here, it gives me hope that this clinic is getting back on its feet after a rough period caused by dentists no-longer even with this clinic.I do think the level of care and compassion being delivered by reception here could use some work to better benefit the clinic and its many patients; as this is the face and voice that represents each of the dentists and hygienists working hard behind the scene, unaware of how their patients may be being addressed. If something feels off, speak up; they care to and need to know.

It's been years since I rated this Terry guy. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I'm still traumatized by my experience there. I would recommend staying away from him. Something not right with him.

Maybe a great dentist for check ups! But I got ‘braces ‘ when I was younger from her...and now am having to pay again to have teeth straight! She agreed to take me ‘off hours’ and I believe it got to be a pain so braces were taken off way too early

Thank you to all the staff for helping to give me a great experience after an emergency visit as a new patient. From the office manager who ran out into the parking lot after hearing my sob story to fit me in for x-rays, with a wonderful cheerful tech, the receptionists who got me in earlier on a cancelation and Cassandra and her assistant , who rebuilt my tooth better than it was before I broke it. I felt comfortable and at ease at every step. Thank you, you made a difference in a this person's life..

I've been having some dental pain after a procedure, I called, got right in. She gave me ideas to help the problem, took x-rays...did a little filing...no charge.. unfortunately still had the same problem over the weekend, called Monday morning got in Tuesday...did the same..no charge, and we have a plan in place if it still happens.
