Dr. Dodge is so knowledgeable and supportive - although my healing journey has just begun over the past few weeks, I feel ready to take on the issues I’ve been dealing with for many years because of her thorough and insightful approach. She is also patient and doesn’t criticize. I appreciate this clinic so much. Thanks for helping me understand the issues that my family dr overlooked.

The Natural Way clinic is an excellent resource. Well run, well adapted to covid, and brilliant health care professionals. Dr. Cruickshank, the chiropractor, is very competent, kind and responsive. She will listen to you with full attention and keep you informed of your options for treatment and causes of your issues. She has made my life much better since starting treatment with her.Similarly Mr. Peck, RMT is a very good massage therapist. Kind, friendly and attentive, he will give you relief, guaranteed.Rates are very reasonable as well.

One of the best clinics I have ever been too. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind, creating a safe and comfortable environment for me as a woman. Dr. Charron is so patient and professional, with tons of knowledge especially around thyroid conditions which many medical doctors lack a comprehensive understanding of.I would give 6 stars if I could!

I receive chiropractic care from Dr. Cruickshank, and recommend her without reservation. Her regular treatments prevent the back discomfort that I'd had for so long, and enable me to maintain all my activities. She has also been a great help with my knees; I had thought I'd need knee replacement surgery soon, but with her treatments, my knees are much better.

I have received Massage Treatments and Naturopathic care for general well being and acute issues. I have had wonderful Chiropractic and Massage Therapy appointments with Dr. Cruickshank and Rebecca Forler. Both practitioners listen to their patients needs and I never feel rushed through my appointments. It is also helpful that I am provided with exercises and stretches to take home. They both also work together to taylor to their patients needs. I would recommend them both.

Amazing results, would highly recommendI have been a patient of Dr. charron’s for a number of years. Originally I was skeptical and had heard that finding a good NaturalPath would be difficult but Dr. Charron has been an amazing partner in my health, as well as my children’s. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for an advocate that is super educated, evidence-based, warm and friendly, takes the time to listen, fully explains everything and helps you to set priorities. I went to the clinic to solve a health problem that had been going on for four years without getting results. I was frustrated, exhausted, overwhelmed, with zero energy, feeling on the edge and ready to quit work because I couldn’t function. Dr. Charron got me to optimal health, dealt with a number of underlying issues and has taught me so much about my health/body. It was very important to me that my children had the opportunity to really understand their bodies and have an advocate that they could trust and Dr. Charron has built that important relationship as well. I would also like to acknowledge the front desk staff are friendly, helpful and organized and the clinic is clean and private.

Went in for allergy testing for our infant - this was done quickly and efficiently on our request, no issues there. However, the clinic made an error when making the requisition, which resulted in us having to pay an unnecessary fee to Life Labs. We expected that Natural Way would refund us for this because they made the mistake, but all they did was reach out to Life Labs on occasion. We've basically been told that we have to deal with the issue on our own now to get the refund. Totally unprofessional, especially since they made the mistake to begin with. Will not use their service again.

I have been a client of the natural way for over 5 years. I have seen Dr. Charron(naturopath), Dr.Cruickshank (chiropractor), and Rebecca Forler (massage). I would recommend each of these practitioners to anyone. Dr. Charron is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, Dr. Cruickshank has really helped me with migraines and posture, and Rebecca knows how to give the best massages and offers neat massage options like Indian head massage, tmj treatment, and Reiki!
