My mother is so thrilled with her companion/caregiver Leslie that she tells everyone she knows! Both Leslie and HH&H’s owner Karen are patient, compassionate and passionate about what they do, with excellent communication skills. They’re very supportive and attentive to my mother’s needs and have improved her quality of life and sense of security in a big way. This brings peace of mind to our family to know that she’s in such good hands when we can't be there. My mother looks forward to the visits and is enthusiastic about continuining them even after her upcoming move to a care home.

Karen has been caring for my brother for two and a half years. She takes the well being of her clients personally. She and her staff have gone above and beyond to meet not only the physical needs, but the emotional needs as well. We spoke to several home care companies and connected with Karen. She has been amazing! After lengthy discussion of our needs, she was able to find several care aides that suited my Mom and that speak my Mom's dialect in Cantonese! Karen's care aides are respectful, kind and go above and beyond what I feel is expected of them. I would highly recommend Karen and her team at Helping Hands and Heart Care Services!

When my Mom was living with us .. I was still working full time. I wanted someone to come and be with her for a couple of hours a day .. more of a companion than a care aid. Karen spent time and asked us questions of our needs. She was able to find a two wonderful ladies. I was totally impressed. These two would talk to Mom, play games, do different exercises or just sat there. It was perfect.Now that my Mom is in a care home, one of the ladies is still a companion with my Mom on Sunday's.I definitely recommend Helping Hands & Heart! Karen really does care to find the perfect person.
