Can’t give 0 unfortunately, branch manager Karim has poor interpersonal skills. He needs some training. Enterprise leadership will need to review the standards of this branch.Not to mention the cleanliness of the area, a coffee spilled chair which the staff didn’t bother to remove after telling them.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating. The branch manager and staff are good.I have rented from here many times and always been satisfied. Sometimes a car will be a bit dirty or there won't be windshield wiping fluid but if that really mattered that much to me I would go in and ask them to fix it before leaving the lot.They have always given me a good deal and been kind. This place is a trustworthy place to rent a car from in my opinion. I will keep going back.

I have rented cars many times at the location and most of the time they don't have the car that I reserved, few times they give me an UPGRADE and most of the time they give me a DOWNGRADE, and instead of apologizing (which wouldn't help me anyway) they yell On me!!!They need to fix their entire customer service team so I would still want to go back to them!!

Don't go here. They take your car on the return and tell you everything is fine and then try to charge you for damages you didn't cause.

Allan got my car sorted and got me out the door nice and quick even with the store experiencing a power outage. Great service so far, which is crazy because car rental usually suuuucks
