Canceled my course last minute and now I'm out of work

Our landlord ordered a review of our space, which we had no control over. Then a 2 foot by 3 foot section of drywall with mould findings" and one rectangle ceiling tile had water damage from years ago. Nearly a $6000 bill is very disappointing for such a small space.I understand making sure a space is good going forward
