Never again will I do business with such a dishonest company. Worse customer service ever. If they can find a way not give you your money and keep it trust me they will. When you treat your customer like an 18 year old bum who can't count or read a countract because they didn't buy a rolls royce, I wish you all the luck with your shady business. Stealing from your clients is a terrible way of conducting business and looks like you've been very successful at it.

Just received a call at the business i work at regarding a wholesale buy from us. I was very courteous with the person who called me from this company.We were not able to sell these people a car because we do not do business with wholesale on our vehicles...This person hung up the phone. I guess they're not humane enough to end a conversation by acknowledging theres another human being on the phone with them.If you desire to do business in this world, the main thing is how you treat people.Basically what you've said is you're successful enough (not with 3 stars on Google Reviews but lets assume otherwise for now) that you do not need to be courteous with people you might wish to do business with.I guess if u want something from them contact them but if they cant respond to your needs be rude. Thats their policy anyways! Amazing!!

The Service team has been outstanding on all fronts, each time their input is required. Whether I deal with Jennifer, Pierre or Chris, everyone is most helpful, courteous and efficient. When the car is being serviced, the work is professionally and timely done, detailed explanations are provided when asked. If I could give 0 stars I would.One of the salesmen there named Alfonso was super easy going with me and we negotiated a deal over the phone. I tell him I'm ready to come put a deposit on the vehicle the next day as soon as I test drive the car. I show up the next morning and he sends me on a test drive by myself. When I return he tells me that there's some bad news and that the price we agreed upon is no longer available. It's now 7% higher than it was, which was a significant amount for me. A few days later, I spoke with the sales manager and another person who told me he was the person that purchased that vehicle. They didn't seem phased at all by the situation and the sales manager even answered his phone during our meeting. The other guy told me that there's no way they would let the car go for less than another even higher amount (17% more than the agreed price) and that the salesman had made a mistake and they did nothing to try to help me.The salesman lied to me and told me that he was the sales manager, he told me that the vehicle was traded in, but during the meeting I found out they actually purchased the car, He lied to me about the name of his manager when I asked to speak with him, he counter-offered me a price that I agreed to and then reneged on the offer.After all that, why should anyone trust anything that they have to say? They aren’t to be trusted, and they are definitely unethical and willing to lie to get what they want.

Went to see a car they had available yesterday and was willing to purchase due to the spec I wanted. Once arriving the sales person advised me he has been using it personally and its parked outside ( a little dirty ). To my surprise dirty was an understatement. It was filthy in and out. He smokes his cigars in the car and apparently he is the only one allowed to do so. Horrible experience. I wont be going back there will find find another car elsewhere.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen or been apart of.I purchased my car over 2 years ago through a Lamborghini dealership. The dealership experience was great however dealing with Holand leasing USA company was always and still is complete nightmare. If you ever have questions about your payments or simple general questions in regards to payoff there is no definitive phone number you are given to call... sometimes you will get a rude person that will tell you to call your dealership for information or simply “I’m sorry we can’t help you”.When I sold my vehicle I immediately made several holand leasing employees aware and even asked for payoff instructions but never received any response whatsoever... eventually another monthly payment was processed while I wanted to try to payoff the vehicle !..Absolute unethical and by far the most poor communication I have ever seen from a lending institution...I’m still battling with holand leasing for a resolution to the payoff and the last payment taken without consent since I made them aware I no longer had possession of the vehicle and needed instructions to payoff loan.Also I asked for an amortization chart to follow my payment history which they never once provided ... very shady lending institution and I will never refer or do business with them again.

After giving them my business for close to 30 years I've finally make the long overdue decision to leave Holland Leasing. Words can not possibly describe how bad their service is. Horrendous? Horrible? Terrible? Beyond bad? Worse than Bell? Videotron? Even the receptionist has an attitude. Never again. Beyond words. Absolutely horrific service.
