Dentist was great. How ever his staff was extremely rude. I get COVID has changed things but to be rude over a sheet that can easily be filled out at the door within moments seems childish to me.The moment I walked into the room Dr Sha assistant was very unprofessional, rude and lacked any compassion or empathy. She seemed so annoyed that she had to to do her job she was being paid for.Because of this treatment I will not be going back for my follow up.

Amazing ! I had a root canal started by my dentist , was complicated and referred to Dr. Sha . He took care of the infection that came on with antibiotics , fixed the pain I was having and we scheduled a root canal for January , yesterday I had a pain come on from pressure and it got worse and worse , I called and they squeezed me in , I was in tears when I showed up from the pain . I have a fear of the dentist and usually get an oral sedation - I drove myself so that wasn't really an option - the pain was so bad I said I'll deal with it . He was so kind and explained everything - he froze me up right away and the pain was gone - he understood I have a fear and was so accommodating with it as well as seeing the pain I was in and addressing it right away - I am sitting in the chair as I write this , waiting for the freezing to fully do its thing - and I know I am in good hands - I highly recommend Dr. Sha to any one ! His staff is also amazing and friendly !

I recently had a root canal with Dr. Sha. I'm a nervous patient and certainly was not looking forward to my appointment. But from the moment I arrived at his office I was put at ease by the receptionist Teddy and his assistant Corinna. Everything was explained well from the insurance to the procedure. Dr. Sha was excellent : kind, gentle and patient. I would highly recommend this office!

The staff are absolutelt wonderful and very caring. I am petrified to see a doctor and a dentist. I told the staff how scared I was and they all made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that I have nothing to worry about. By the way I had a root canel. Dont just take my word you need to go yourself and check the staff out. A+Very clean and very friendly. 10 out of 10

This was the most amazing and comfortable I have ever been during a root canal! With curved roots ! I am a super nervous patient and don't do well at even dental cleaning. I was immediately put at ease with the way Dr Sha and his assistant work together. They made this the easiest root canal I have ever had. I went straight back to work after. Thank you Dr Sha and all your staff including the front desk! Bravo!

Had a terrible ache in my jaw where Dr. Sha had done a root canal, but he had a look, and then recommended I see an ENT specialist. He was absolutely correct in his assessment and I got the treatment I needed. I was extremely grateful for this thoughtful clinical care. The staff were very kind when I went in - immediately gave me an anti-inflammatory because I was obviously in pain. What an all around excellent practice!

Had my root canal done , all the staff were great ! Really made me feel comfortable ! I would totally tell my friends about Dr. Sha and his CDA and receptionist! They were super !
