Great quality pieces that never go out of style. Looking forward to buying our next sofa from Leathercraft as the previous one has lasted us for 7 years now.

We purchased 2 recliners 4 mths ago (almost $ 5k total) and selected our colour from samples at a local furniture store. We selected a black high end leather that would match our main living room entertainment unit (very Large). We even brought a door into the store from the unit to match to the leather. When we received the chairs the colour was not even close to the sample. Instead of black the recliners were dark gray. We quickly notified the furniture store (who admitted the colour was way off) and they submitted the complaint to Leathercraft. Leathercraft refused to do anything about it stating the waiver indicated ther could be slight shade variances. This was not a slight variance, it was a different colour . We submitted photos to a leather expert and they concurred that the colour was different then the sample. It was not a variance, rather a different colour. We subsequently requested that Leathercraft give us a refund, but they refused to do anything about it and were actually very rude. I will admit the chairs are overall well made however the customer service was horrible. They were extremely arrogant refusing to admit the colour was totally different even though an expert and the furniture store concurred. We are now stuck with 2 chairs that we had to move to another room. One of the most disappointing purchases i have ever made.

The staff and customer service at Leathercraft is very friendly and helpful. The furniture quality is fantastic and is 100% real leather. If you’re looking for excellent service and great pricing with quality furniture, Leathercraft is the way to go!

Exceedingly happy with our Louisiana style sofa and loveseats (Cambridge Terra leather) ordered through Roma Furniture in Vancouver. We are sure they will age wonderfully with time.

I purchased a Leathercraft sectional in 2014. At the time I purchased I was told the “lifetime” warranty covered everything but the foam. (Foam had 2 years warranty) After a while I started noticing these dark stains on the sectional. I called and spoke with Jet about getting warranty work. She claimed it was “sweat” and that it would not come off. When asked if I can get replacements on warranty she said “no, warranty only covers tears... “ So then I asked if I can purchase a replacement cover for the cushion and she wanted $200 per cushion... Now when I gave her the colour of leather I had, she claimed we don’t make it anymore. When I asked if she had any recommendations for what I can do, she said buy a new couch. It’s good to see that a $4500 piece of furniture with a lifetime warranty lasts just over half a decade. Do not buy this over priced furniture. Especially from a company who does not honour there warranty!

Our sectional arrived safe and sound. It is exceptional. Thank everyone for the superior workmanship. I am very proud to know I bought Canadian plus Ontario Made supporting local.

We've had one of our sofa sets for 10+ years and another for 8. Best quality + price = super satisfied!!

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to share my experience at Leathercraft. They have an amazing selection of the lastest styles, the quality of their products is amazing, their prices are great and the customer service we received was awesome. We purchased our living room and family room furniture from them and will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend Leathercraft to anyone who wants a unique piece for their home and appreciates quality.
