Came here because the labs closest to me, we're all closed on Saturdays (the only day I can go). Walked in on a Saturday afternoon for blood work for myself and my son. We were seen and out of there within 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and the technician was very skilled. My young son was nervous,but they worked well with him to make him feel better and worked quickly. Will return to this lab.

Yes definitely was not good experience, very arrogant behavior of people working there, come on man we pay you for service not asking for freeIf you have pressure or problem from job then stay home because most people come there already have many problems in life so dont make there day worst by showing your bossy and foolish behavior, give respectif you expect from others.I think they do this on purpose since there is only one lab in building so they treat people according to their mood, lifelab should take some action after everbody is having bad experience. There Should be no tolerance policy for their staff too if you are expecting same from customers.

Highly recommend making an early morning appointment. I didn’t feel well after my blood draw but the technician was so lovely and understanding. She took good care of me- I wish I got her name!

I don’t typically write reviews, but my experience here prompted me to leave this one star review.I used the save my spot feature and once I arrived, my name was on the board with zero wait. They told me to sit and I realized I had been put on the walk in list, moving to the bottom of the list. When I asked the reception about it, she told me using the feature when I arrive, the walk ins are placed ahead of me. Does this not defeat the purpose of save my spot?The lady behind me tried to help, and then when she was served by the same receptionist, she was treated rudely.This reminded me of when I came here last year, I had two failed draws, before a third was successful.Will not come here again!

The staff at LifeLabs are very professional. I visited on a very busy Tuesday and even with the number of people waiting, the staff remained pleasant and unfazed.It's best to book an appointment but they do take walk ins.

I've been coming here for 7 years and despite longer wait times in the past as a walk in, the past three years with scheduled appointments have been very efficient. I'm usually in and out in a few minutes. The staff work really hard here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Not only are they rude as hell, but this is the furthest thing from a trans-inclusive or even gender competent place. I get my blood tested regularly as someone on hormones, and despite knowing they’re dealing with a trans patient, they will go to lengths to midgender you, continually call you by your legal name if it’s not changed that way - even if you tell them multiple times what to call you. Disgusting behaviour by staff, giving little to no care that this is a sensitive type of place. No compassion, unable to understand basic things.If you’re trans and need to get your blood tested, I beg you go elsewhere. I cried my whole way home because of my experience.

The staff cannot tell the difference between fasting glucose" and "insulin". They did the wrong thing and delayed medical treatment. This is a life on the line. Train your staff or don't hire their low academic level."

They barely provide any instructions. One of the ladies is pretty rude! All of them are pretty frosty.

The lab is very good, the personnel very well trained and friendly.One flaw is the way they give their address to a new customer: 650 West 41st Ave.In this address there is only a big construction, even the sidewalk is closed for pedestrians.It took me almost an hour to discover that the entrance is through Crate & Barrel parking at 5733 Cambie.It is a lack of consideration to customers sending a confirmation e-mail informing an address that is unusable!
