This is my first time ever writing a review but after being blown away by Selina's level of professionalism, I just had to. Before meeting Selina I was consulted by other popular choices such as Kimberfire and Alexis Gallery. The process is more or less the same with all of these Custom Jewelers but what made Selina stand out so much more aside from her energy and passion for diamonds is her genuineness which is not easily replicated. Within the first 45 minute consultation with Selina I already knew she was the one because I could see that she genuinely cares about me (her clients) and that it's not just about her trying to make her next sale. Throughout the whole process I felt so comfortable because I truly felt like I was being taken good care of and had nothing to worry about. Her service is above and beyond with the time and effort that she puts in. The diamond she has selected for me was of AMAZING value and I could not be any happier with the final product!

I don't write glowing reviews like this often at all as it takes a lot, but I whole heartedly feel NingNing at Rochambeau deserves it. My fiance and I scoured the internet for a very long time to find the business which would provide us with the perfect rings. We were specifically looking for lab grown diamonds and were hesitant to trust online only companies. During our research we came across Rochambeau and had a meeting with NingNing. I can say right off the bat she provided exceptional customer service - provided clear thorough explanations and addressed all our concerns. She invested herself immensely in finding the perfect ring for us within our budget. I can say her prices are the best we've come across online and locally in Toronto - very competitive. She kept me up to date and provided updates frequently throughout the whole process. She sent us ring sizers via courier with adorable packaging. We bought a tungsten ring for my fiance's wedding band and a wedding set for me which included a 1.35 CT lab diamond on a plain 14k white gold band, and an eternity band with lab diamonds on white gold. I am absolutely in love with my rings!! Fit me perfectly and came out better than I expected. She also provided all necessary documentation and advised us of what to do for insuring the jewellery. Turn around time for our specific order was less than a month which we thought was great. Final product packaging was beautiful and very thoughtful. Very happy with the service, the product, and the experience she provided my fiance and I during this special time. I will highly recommend her to family and friends going forward.

My fiancée and I were guided by Selina at Rochambeau through the ring selection process and found the most beautiful setting and rock. I thought we arrived to Selina already well versed in what we imagined our ring to be like but Selina spent so much time and effort on helping us hone in on our final ring. Selina and her team delivered on every promise and somehow even exceeded our expectations which were very high to begin with. Selina is the real deal with excellent service and provided a magnificent ring. The ring looks stunning in our engagement pictures and even more beautiful in your hands where your able to appreciate the tiny but fine details. I would recommend Selina at Rochambeau to anyone.Last thing I wanted to mention was how reasonable the price of the ring was compared to many other jewelers that I received quotes from. If I could give 10 stars or a million stars I definitely would! Selina is an absolute gem and I am SO happy that we found her! We were only looking to purchase a diamond as we had already picked a band at another place but she made sure that we have the best experience ever! She is extremely transparent and honest and it was so refreshing to see that! Other places just tried to sell us 1 or 2 diamonds and get it over with but Selina was so patient and caring and she showed us over 20 diamonds (maybe even more). She has a great variety of natural and lab grown diamonds and she takes the time to explain the pros and cons of every diamond we saw with her. She’s also a gemologist so she’s extremely well informed and she loves to educate her clients. I’ve learned so much about diamonds and I could definitely tell that this is her passion. At the beginning of our appointments I was set on an oval shaped diamond and she showed us so many beautiful options. Halfway through I suddenly changed my mind to radiant and she was so understanding and showed us the new shapes that I wanted. She sold us a radiant lab diamond and it is absolutely STUNNING. When we brought it home I kept on taking it out of the box and just stare at it!! She definitely knew what I wanted and found a perfect diamond for me. She was never pushy or impatient and she genuinely just wanted us to find the right diamond wether it was from her or another person. I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Selina and I literally told everyone about her. If you’re hesitant to see Selina, don’t be! You won’t get a better experience anywhere else.

Selina did such a fantastic job with our engagement ring! She is a lovely person to talk to and is very knowledgeable. Her prices are also the best we’ve found in Toronto. We started designing the ring end of June and picked up the ring a couple weeks later in July. We will definitely come back in the future.

Absolutely incredible experience from the initial visit Selina was amazing throughout the entire journey. She delivered a stunning ring on a fairly tight timeline as promised and she even went out of her way to deliver the ring to my home because of external circumstances. Despite being told to comparison shop (while I did enough research online) after meeting Selina I was sold immediately, she is warm and patient and understanding. I highly recommend choosing Rochambeau for incredible craftsmanship, great value and an overall flawless experience that is unmatched!

My fiancé and I designed my ring together with help from Selina and we had an amazing experience. She was and continues to provide the best customer service. She was so patient and honest throughout the entire design process, and full of really helpful information. After I got my ring (which I’m so happy with, it’s my dream ring) whenever I needed it resized, repaired or the setting reinforced Selina went out of her way to pick it up, return it and make sure everything was done perfectly without any extra cost. I can’t recommend her more!

I had the best experience with Selina. I was short on time and needed a ring urgently. Not only did Selina deliver it well before time, she also gave it to us in our budget and ensured that we got the best diamonds. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone else. She was so approachable and friendly and went above and beyond herself to look after our needs.

Just wondering if they’re still in business because Selina hasn’t replied to any of my texts, calls not emails. I’ve been wanting to get my engagement ring polished and get one of its prongs checked and repaired.Don’t get me wrong, she was great. I had a really great experience in the past, she’s very accommodating and even went out of her way to deliver personally. I’m just wondering what happened since it’s been months since their last IG update. Does Selina still work for Rochambeau? Who can we contact?

Selina is incredible. Easy to deal with, quick responses through email/phone, friendly attitude and very customer service oriented. I gave her a design I liked and she was able to help produce it, plus she provided some amazing suggestions that made the ring even better than I could have imagined.Seriously, all these reviews can't be wrong. I 100% recommend going to her and know I will be going back to her in the future for any and all of my jewelry needs. Thanks again, Selina!
