I honestly could not be happier with the help and service I received. Adam was gracious and professional with me, and was kind enough to work with my budget. Other places I had been had tried to pressure me into buying items on the high side of my budget and to take them home right then and there; at Clearbrook Vacuum it was just friendly and simple answers to my questions and suggestions for what would fit my needs and budget.I was in the market for a central vacuum, and the fact that Adam installed it for me simplified and expedited the process very much. He took the old one away (I had no idea what to do with it) and was quick and efficient. I'm very serious about the five stars I attribute here, and will definitely be going back for any other vacuum-related needs.

Adam took time to discuss the features of various central vacuum motors and tried to match the product to my needs and budget. I appreciated his advice. He arrived promptly at the appointed time to install the motor and took the time to clean up. I am pleased with the product and the service.

My husband and I went to this store to buy a replacement hose for our indoor vacuum. We left with not only the hose, the hose cover but a new Electrolux power head. We received exceptional service and advice from Adam. My carpets have never been so clean. We are so happy with our buy.

We have gone to Adam a couple different times with issues with our Central Vac system. He's serviced our old system which improved the functionality a lot. Eventually when it was time to buy a new vacuum, we came back to the store and Adam was extremely helpful in educating us on the right vacuum system for our needs. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Being budget conscious, he gave us a couple different options and the unit we bought works 10 times better than our old unit. He even taught us how to install the unit and showed us the difference in vacuum motors. We are extremely impressed with the vacuum and the service we got at Clearbrook Vacuum.

After talking to other suppliers, we went in to Clearbrook Vacuum and spoke with Adam. Convinced us to consider a rebuild of our vintage built in system.
