I go there all the time. And today I went to order a medium strawberry banana milkshake. The milkshake I got looked like strawberry banana MILK! Told the cashier, she brought it to the back, came back a few minutes later and said they ‘beat’ it as much as they could, still liquidy. Brought it back and asked if it’s because of the banana that’s made it liquidy, and asked for a strawberry milkshake instead, the man took it and came back with a drink in a different cup, with the same liquid strawberry banana milkshake. So I paid for very expensive strawberry banana MILK! Brought it back to the cashier, told her to throw it away because I didn’t like it, she said they’re having problems with bananas today! She didn’t even offer to change it for me. I think they will never see my family and I going back there anymore.

I recently ordered an Oreo ice cream cake from Dairy Queen and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The cake was beautifully decorated with a generous amount of Oreo crumbles on top and had a rich, creamy texture.

Very slow and terrible service. When we went to the window to pick up our order by drive-thru, the worker asked us what is our order. They didn't even remember what we ordered through the outside speaker. Also with the plexiglass, the worker was wearing a mask and talking to us but we had no idea what she was saying. She wasn't talking loud enough and didn't even bother to raise the volume of her voice when we told her we can't hear her. This is seriously the worst drive thru service in the world.

Decided to drive out to this location as Google showed it was open till 10:30pm, this was a Saturday evening, we arrived at around 9:45pm..all the lights were out but the drive-thru menu displays were brightly lit so we drove up to the order screen just in case, we noted a taped up note stating their hours (from whatever day to whatever day including Saturday - open till 22h30)..but they were clearly closed...frustrating to waste a drive all the way out there for nothing.

Worst dairy queen ever. Super cheap on the toppings and the service is extremely slow. I’ve been there a couple of times and each time we had a bad experience.
