Wow, wow, wow. I ordered some flowers from the store and through miscommunication the wrong type of arrangement was created and delivered. I called the store and they sent out a replacement arrangement that is absolutely stunning. Unbelievable customer service and what skills.Thank you.

I truly can't thank Heather enough. Our flowers were perfect and she was so incredibly kind. Even in a time where some personal things came up in her life, she powered through and had her trusted staff who really knocked it out of the park. She worked within our budget, was so understanding and helpful in making changes and cuts and she made our items versatile so that I could use them in both ceremony and reception. My cousin also used her and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Consistently awesome. AMAZING.

Today I got flowers delivered by William. William was so kind and thoughtful during my delivery! I was purely shocked I got a beautiful bouquet of flowers and William brought in the excitment and the awe of the entire process! An old friend (80 years old) sent roses to me from HDK. He spent over $100 as unbeknownst to him he was on a US site. The flowers arrived peeling and opened (days later than ordered). They were obviously an old bouquet of roses. Very disappointed in the service provided by this floral company. I am not sure what went wrong but they should be ashamed for charging a fortune for an old set of roses. What should have brought joy has brought frustration to a sweet senior citizen.

Honestly the most disgusting behaviour I’ve ever witnessed from a business owner. We had an issue with parts of our product being dead and dry and she was extremely rude and completely escalated the entire situation. She continuously interrupted and at one point was screaming at us over the phone. We were completely shocked to say the least and we were beyond polite from the start. Would not recommend, besides being screamed at over the phone, they use extremely cheap products and plants so dead they’re flaky and brown.

Heather and her team did amazing work for my wedding! The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were over and above what I was expecting. I loved that she offered me the opportunity to look at the flowers the day before just to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy with the bouquets. She was great to work with.

Ordered centerpieces for my parents 50th anniversary. I provided a photo of the bouquet for inspiration and Heather did a wonderful job. We received so many compliments about them and family were so happy to get to take them home
