Came by the shop and showed them what I wanted done. They agreed and said they were backed up a few weeks and to call them in 3 weeks. I called, no answer, no return call. I waited a month to give my work to them (as I had previously dealt with Parsons for many years). I’ll take Parsons back please

I had a small weld job to be done on a stainless steel cart and emailed the shop to see if they were able to do the work. I received a confirmation email but didn't get the cart to the shop until 4:30 in the afternoon. Even though it was the end of the day, the crew enthusiastically went at it. They did a great job! The shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

We had Genesis Metalworks fabricate a sign for our shop in downtown Waterdown and were totally impressed with their professionalism and capability. They were able to take our rough description of what we needed (a custom sign bracket) and turn it into a solid piece that we have displayed at the entrance of our business.
