Happy Paws Vet Clinic West

We have been totally impressed with Happy Paws and , in particular, Dr. Kim. Our dog has Addison’s disease and requires a decent amount of care and monitoring, Dr. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go on the hunt for more information. We feel totally at ease knowing that Bruce is receiving the best care possible. Overall fantastic clinic.

Awesome experience. Took my kitten Valentine and she didn’t even flinch when the needles were used. I was amazed. I liked the tiny cat room for her examination. All levels and types of staff were excellent. My friend recommended this place and I knew she’d know what she was talking about! 5 stars!!! …now it’s three years later and still excellent service for our pets.

The team was amazing. Dog ripped his dew claw and as dogs do he was bleeding pretty good. The ladies got us in immediately and were in and out in about 10-15 minutes.highly HIGHLY recommend.Thank you so much team from Charlie(pup) and myself, I think we found a new vet.Addition:Went to the east location again pup ripped his dew claw and no appointment got in and out in 10 min. These guys are awesome they're definitely my new best friends. Thank you so much guys.

The Happy Paws team has been so compassionate, helpful and thoughtful throughout our dog's life. They were great to her through health issues and were just as compassionate when she passed away. They offer the top quality care and service we were looking for with our dog. Thank you to the whole team for everything.

Losing a pet is hard and wat hung their health decline and then ultimately having to put them to sleep can cause lot of trauma. I loved this clinic until they made me feel so unwelcome because I made appointments and cancelled. I tried to explain I was experiencing anxiety returning to the place my dear animal passed. There was no sympathy but they did demand I if I wanted to come I’d have to prepay. After having paid hundreds with my animal who passed away. It was humiliating.Years passed and another clinic opened near me and I knew with my newest cat and his health issues Happy Paws is experienced in treatment. Imagine my surprise when I receive an email denying my cat care because they feel they aren’t able to care. How about you be honest instead of contradicting your website and denying an animal care.With all due respect a vet is like a doctor your job is to care for animals and denying one blows my mindMaking it personal even after I was willing to try again

We have been going to Happy Paws since moving to Airdrie (7 years).Our cat passed away around 130am when I got home from work. We went to Happy paws around 9am when they opened to have her cremated. We, like most people recently are having some money issues, so I asked if we could have her cremated and pay the following Wednesday as we had no money. None. My wife was in the car outside with our dead cat. They refused and insisted we pay them $150 to take the cat. So we had to leave with our cat. Considering they’ve known us for 7 years, I was disgusted with their lack of compassion.One star was too much for this review, but that’s the least I could give.

Absolutely amazing vet! Over the years, several veterinarians and many vet techs have worked with my pets and they have all be outstanding. It first began when my rescue cat was experiencing GI issues - which Dr Erin helped to quickly resolve. It continues today with 2 additional rescue cats. Highly recommend this Vet Clinic
