Why 3 stars when this company has a rating of 4.4 at this time, I’ll explain.Had them come in to measure my house, agreed in price and ordered wood also charged me to move furniture as I lived in the house.Had to wait a long time because was on back order…..not their fault.Wood finally arrived and booked a date, they showed up, after about half an hour they saw my closetwith the carped removed and they said this is not in the price given…. How can it be, they said it’s not and even if we wanted to add it in we don’t have enough wood.Called Darmaga and they confirmed that they didn’t price that although I told them to when they came in to measure.So now THEY MEASURED AND ORDERED THE WOOD FOR ME.They did the install, left quite of few blue marks in my freshly painted walls and chewed up the first step of my freshly renovated stairs and didn’t miter all the quarter round…..oh I also moved about 80% of the furniture and was told because they touched 20% of they still had to charge me full price…..Ok I said I’m not going to be too picky with the marks on the walls and first step etc, so I left it.Now for the 3 starts…. I finally got around to install the wood in my closet, I waited a few months because I had to cut the wood and leave garage door open didn’t want to do it inside.They ordered 3 boxes of wood and I only used 2, I have 1 unopened box, now remember they measured and ordered the wood for me.So I called them and explained that I had a box left and THAT they measured the closet so I asked can I return it……they said NO it’s a special order so we can’t take it back ( they can sell this in a minute since there are on back order for months).I explained that it was them who measured NOT me….they said it don’t matter because it says special order on the invoice.They have been around for many years and personally I think this is not very good customer service, they should have taken responsibility for the mistake and authorized the refund.I for sure will not be recommending them or using them in the future.

Darmaga Flooring did a full house before for our company. They are knowledgeable and good at what they do from sales to estimating the installation, ordering and installation. They are experienced and particular about some things so the results can be problem-free and beautiful. I have complete faith in Darmaga.

Look these pictures of daramega poor installations!! Daramega did a horrible job installing hardwood flooring in my brand new house built by vogue homes. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and patient when trying to decide on a product and colour not to mention they have good quality and high end products that are safely made (not from China). They let me have a sample of my flooring to take home and delivery was smooth and respectful. I have used Darmaga twice now and both times I have been very pleased with their service. Definitely would recommend this store.

I moved into my home almost 20 years ago. The previous owners installed a Darmaga Hardwood Floor in the living and dining room and office. The floors look as beautiful today as they did 20 years ago. The strips of wood were laid on an appealing angle. They require minimal attention to look their best. The color and quality are outstanding.

I would highly recommend Darmaga Hardwood. Their sale's and service are second to none. My salesman Andy Bound went above and beyond to help me with a mismatched colour nosing. Even as far as calling me on his day off to make arrangements to swap for the correct colour right at the factory. Many thanks. We were very pleased with the product as well as the customer service at Darmaga. This is our second time working with Darmaga.Andy was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He answered our many questions and helped problem solve with patience.The hardwood floors look wonderful and the process was seamless from order to delivery.

My builder used this company for the hard wood floors, and they've been absolutely amazing with the repairs. Anto, the specialist who was sent for the repairs, did a fantastic job with the flooring.
