Best laundry mat in Lloydminster. The New owners that took over are working hard to get this place working great. They are very accommodating and super nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for self serve or drop off laundry services.

90% of washers and dryers out of order except the big ones that cost $9 , roof leaks so water all over the floor , very rude customer service prices are ridiculous and if I could give zero stars I definitely would. Will never come back here again.

A lot of machines down, place is run down. $6 for washing machine and no hot or warm water clothes came out ice cold. Cleanish restroom. Helpful attending person. Minimum seating if you are waiting.03/012020 update.Here again today. Still clothes come out ice cold. I think even more machines down. Place is clean compared to other laundromat I have visited. Thank you for the reply. I'm going to have to call BS on the hot water thing. There's not even hot water in the washroom sink when washing your hands. I appreciate you being open and convenient on Sunday but please step up your laundromat game.

Went their twice once at 7:30pm and again at 6:30pm, both times she refused to let me do my laundry because they close at 8pm.. Dont recommend, very rude...I would give zero stars if google let me..

I've been to quite a few laundromats over the past few years and this one was by far the worst I've been to. More than half the machines were out of order which caused quite a wait for a dryer once I finally was able to do my wash, there's minimal seating if you want to sit and wait or fold your laundry when it's done. The floors and tops of machines were dusty and dirty and showed no signs of being cleaned, and it cost me $6/small load of laundry to wash. I absolutely will not be returning here and only recommend going here if you are in dire need of clean laundry.

Lady that works here is very rude. More than half the machines are out of order, and she yells and blames you in front of other customers.Machine broke not even half way into me using it and she wouldn’t give me my 6$ back just continued to say “I broke it.”I will not set foot in that place again or give them my business. This lady should be fired or taught how to treat customers.

Put my cloths into 2 washers and they did not even get washed, I asked for a refund and dud not get it back. Got offered to wash my cloths and they would not refund my money. Do not go here at all it is a rip off.

Very friendly helpful staff it's been a long time since going there due to moving but when I did the lady helped me fold my laundry which was very nice of her :) the only thing is the phone number needs to be updated. The one on here has always said it's not in service

A big majority of their machines were out of order which resulted in a 4 hour laundry trip just to get clean clothes. I'm surprised that they can't afford to fix their machines and leaking roof with how much they're charging to use the washers ($6 for a small load, $9 for a medium load and $16 for a large load). The only good thing about this place is the free strong wifi which I was able to use to write this review. I wouldn't recommend coming to this laundromat if you absolutely don't have too.
