Thank you Kirsten. 5 stars. My Grandmother hired insight pest solutions to deal with her spider/ rodent problems. Kirsten was our exterminator. She was very professional and meticulously cleaned all the cobwebs around our house aswell as set up bait stations. I would recommend again.

Benny Charles came to help me on pest control twice. The way he did his job is so different from the first guy who came to work on my property. Benny is friendly and helpful. He would listen to my need and concern. He would then give good advice and do a thorough job. Thanks Benny.

Alice is superb. She made all our service calls during our contract with Insight. She is extremely thorough in her job and does not miss anything. She is also always professional, friendly, and trustworthy in our home. We absolutely put full faith in her assessments and she is the technician we always request. She deserves a FULL 5 STAR rating - can’t say enough great things about her.

Our technician Anant was very professional and friendly. Showed him where a Robins nest was located and asked him to please not spray towards the nest. Anant respected my wishes. Before leaving, Anant let me know his inspection was completed.

We signed up for Insight services through the Burlington branch and the first two technicians that came were completely unprofessional and appeared to be extremely no fit to perform the basics on services i signed up for. First time guy had no materials. And did a really poor first visit that was clearly lacking of proper work. So not sure why he came. Second guy came specifically for my spider problem and left within 10 mins performing a couple of random sprays here and there. I'm giving 5 stars to the technician Benny who completely did a thorough job of maintaining my pest issues. Seems like night and day from the other 2 that came. Would recommend this guy to come only going forward. If you do not get him don't be fooled by the other guys that come sweet talking you into their lack ability to do a proper job. Pay attention to what they do. But might be a management issue as those people should not have been hired if they do not know how to perform the basics. Sweet Talk is cheap if doesn't kills insects or pests.

We are impressed with Insight Pest Solutions. They have rid our home of insects that two previous companies could not do. Our tech, Adam S. was polite, informative, and caring while providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

Lanka was fantastic! She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her responses when I asked questions. She made sure to explain the process and advised that I should call back if I had any further questions or concerns. I found Lanka's customer service skills to be superb!

Alice has attended our property the last couple times and did a fantastic job. She goes beyond expectations and seems to genuinely care about ensuring my pest issues are being controlled. I enrolled in this program this year and have found it very professional and reliable ( the original technicians were good too). The really know their stuff. I also appreciate the punctuality part . I would highly recommend.

Our technician was Benny on Nov 8 2022.He was very thorough and ensured he covered all areas.Took his time to walk us through areas of concern and explained what he had done.Very happy with Benny’s customer service skills.
