the male employee is extremely rude. i left and went to the other location.why would anyone want to shop at a store where the staff is disrespectful?no thanks

Always a pleasure coming into this store!Today especially, Alexia helped me pick some items to try on and it truly felt like shopping with a friend. She even helped me get a bodysuit that wasn't in the store, but she was able to get it for me online and ship it to my home. So satisfied with her help and looking forward to coming by again. Thank you girl!

The best customer service I’ve got was only from Kayla. I went today and she wasn’t there, got out disappointed with no questions answered… everyone was “busy” talking between them.

I was on a trip to Montreal and visited this Aritzia as I had to return two items - a pair of Melina leather pants and a shoulder padded t-shirt on 8/25/2021 around mid-morning. I asked the first employee I saw if I could make a return who from the start had a huge attitude problem. She asked if I had the items, then grabbed them from me and asked when I got them to which I replied last weekend". She proceeded to check for every tag including the sewn on tags to make sure I was bringing legit items back and checked for any damages (I'm not sure if this is normal

In the mood to be treated like you have leprosy? I have yet to enter this store and be treated like someone noticed that I was there. I love the brand’s clothing however for some reason, the people working at this location seem to think that they are gracing us with the privileged of being in their midst. Pretty much the worst customer service in Montreal.

I was doubting saying something about it but seems that I am not the only one dissatisfied with the costumer service of this place. Regardless of the pretty clothes which are obviously not the problem, the employees are very rude and disrespectful. I wonder how they hire people here since one seems to be worst than the other. Every question you ask seems to be address with little to no enthusiasm. I was trying on some clothes in the wardrobe when the rude employee LITERALLY OPEN THE CURTAIN while I was midway putting some pants on, she was asking me if I was ok when I had only been there for less than 3 minutes. I obviously covered myself and told her that yes, she continued to watch at me for a few seconds for what it felt an ETERNITY she asked me again the same question and me still covering myself I replied that yes again. It was bad of me to not complain right there and there, but I was surprise since nothing like this has ever happened to me before, leaving me feeling totally disrespected and ashamed. I only feel like she did it on purpose to make me feel bad and vulnerable. Disgusting.

Besides the beautiful clothes, customer service is excellent! The sales clerks didn’t hesitate to get me different sizes numerous times for various pieces. They made appropriate and helpful suggestions and weren’t pushy. I had a great experience there today!

I dont like the fact that they dont have mirrors in the dressing rooms. You have to go outside in front of everyone. I was trying on a see through dress and was feeling awful there, especially that there were 3 guys waiting for their girls and I had to go out in front of them. Hate hate the experience

Nice store, cute clothes but do not accept to have clothes ordered to the store if they are out of stock. It has been 4 weeks and I have received nothing. Called HQ for update or to cancel my order and I was asked to call the store.

HAS COMFY SOFAS FOR THE WEARY HUSBANDS AND BOYFRIENDS!!!!! The GoTo store for folks with better taste and aesthetic for the subtle muted palette. Ladies with a sense of elegance and sophisticated youth usually adore this brand. It maybe pricey for most but the quality of fabrics and cutting justify its value.
