They're nice people but.. How hard is to wear a mask? They either don't wear them all at or have their nose sticking out.. Not sure which is worse but both very annoying.

Never have I ever had such spectacular service from a fast food restaurant. What a gem in this small strip. The guy serving us made us enormous plates after we patiently waited for our food, that was grilled up fresh in front of us. I've had Amir across the entire city, and my fiance and I both agreed it was by far the best. On top of everything, the man refused a tip, and insisted we try the food first before doing so. These guys deserve more attention. Needless to say we will be recommending the place to all our friends/family. Thanks again.

So first of all I showed up 15 minutes after they were to have opened and had to wait outside 10 minutes til they unlocked the door despite seeing myself and two other customers. Shawarma was surprisingly small and meat barely cooked. Much better options

The food is very good, but the people working look like they don't really want to be there, barely saying anything to the customers or even smiling. Kind of a bummer, it's nice when quality food comes with great service.

If i could i would give a lower rate. On christmas eve, i've had the worst service that i've ever had in my life. I just want to say that i leave a tips when i think that someone deserve it and offered me good services. If you don't offer me good services, i don't give tips. As easy as that.So i've ordered Amir for around 20$ and when it came to pay, i decided not to leave tips. The service wasn't exceptional and the delivery guy was feeling rush. When he looked at the transaction, the first thing he did was commenting on the fact that i didn't gave him tips. Then he went personal on how what i did was wrong. Then he basically said that i won't ever have delivery services at Amir. To be honest i wasn't thinking of ordering again as who knows what could happens to my meals.Maybe not leaving tips is not accommodating the person who delivered my food but i don't think they should be entitled to thinking that it's a given no matter how the services is. I hope you will learn from your mistake.Sidenotes : Compared to many other Amir that i've eaten, the food wasn't that good. The meat was burn't(shawarma) and the rice too cooked. There was alot of deception but i would say that the potatoes were pretty good overall.

One of the best Amir meals I have had. (I go to many being always on the road). The place was clean and food was fresh, well seasoned and big portion. One smalls complaint is to take off tipping before paying, COVID is over the price of the plates went up a couple dollars. Pay you staff a dollar more an hour and leave a tip jar. No service is being provided here, it’s cafeteria style. Thank you to the staff for a great meal, that’s the tip I’m leaving. :)
