Extend Communications

I don't know what that person means by a company undervaluing their employees...Extend and it's management go above and beyond to make sure their employees are happy and enjoy their work environment. I have been employed at Walmart, Williams, Easyhome and some other big name companies and I can easily say this beats all of them by a landslide! As for our clients, we strive to provide the very best customer service and we all personally take pride in our work. I would recommend as a company for use or employment any day!

I am alway being happily surprised with new and exciting perks of being an employee of Extend. Having been with the company for 5 years I have watched so much growth and expansion in such a short time. Extend is always on the leading edge of Employee and Customer relations. They definitely go above and beyond when It comes to their Core values!! Everyone and I mean everyone here support each other and hope to see one another grow. 100% love. 100% recommend!

We use Extend for our Emergency After hours line. Our experience with them has been sub par at best. If there were only a couple minor issues with them it wouldn't warrant a bad review; unfortunately the slew of issues we have had with Extend is remarkable in itself. Poor Customer service, Rude to our callers, Not listening to our callers and informing our tenants that they are not with RentCorp and hanging up on them (This happens frequently) Extend is provided with updated lists and we are charged to update their lists and this issue still arises more frequently than it should. We received a bill for over $500 for a plumber that was dispatched on Victoria day when the tenant indicated during 3 separate conversations that it was not a plumbing issue and the plumber won't be able to do anything (we reviewed the recordings when the tenant indicated this was the case) after much discussion with Extend they eventually credited our account for half the bill. The list of issues goes on... We would not recommend Extend Communication. As our emergency line they are an extension of our business and leave a foul taste in the mouths of all who call them; which reflects poorly on our business.

Amazing company culture. Super passionate people. They give back in numberous ways to the community. They really care about their people. Family run for three generations. I love this organization.

Great company

Extend is an amazing company to work for. There are many challenges to work around being in a 24/7 work environment, but Extend really tries to offset that by keeping their employee's happiness top of mind and they strive to make everyone feel welcome, right from day 1!Never before have I seen a company that offers not only health/dental benefits, but also has a wellness fund, massage at work days, social committee to put on events, etc. They really do care about their employees, which translates into better service being provided to their customers!I would recommend Extend to anyone looking for an answering service, and also to anyone looking for work in the Brantford area.

I worked at Extend Communications briefly in 2016 while I was in university. The following is an account of my personal experience with and my personal views of the company altogether. First and foremost: toxic work environment. Management is unqualified, lack leadership skills and the service provided to clients is *extremely* underwhelming.
