There's something about walking into a pet store and being greeted by 6 crazy kittens running around. The staff is always helpful and knowledge on all things pets. Funny enough, I've found the prices to be extremely competitive compared to the box stores and even mighty Amazon. I highly recommend going in to see Carol Ann and her staff.

my all time favourite pet store to go to! staff are friendly and knowledgeable; my kitty was having some trouble with the food he originally had, but the older gentleman that works here helped us find something that has been perfect for our needs and my little guys issues have seemingly disappeared.

First time in this Bosley's and boy was it a great experience! The gentleman that helped me made sure I had everything I was looking for and was unbelievably informative about choosing a new dog food. I would definitely go out of my way to come to this one again!

This specific location is just fantastic. The staff are so warm and welcoming. There is this one fellow who seems to be the owner/manager and he has been so kind and patient with me. My elderly cat has very significant troubles digesting almost anything and it all comes back up. Based on his own experience, he helped me find a food that she can keep down and that I can also afford. I have never felt like a bother" there

went in with my cat marshmallow (she’s old and it was her first time outside of the house) to get her food and a toy. the team were absolutely lovely at making her feel loved and comfortable! she loved her toy btw when we got home ❤️

We have been going to this location for well over five years. Everyone here is very happy to see my dogs when we come in. It’s the only store that I have felt that the staff truly are happy to see my dogs.They all have been fantastic over the years.

Always get good service at this location but the gal helping me today was fantastic! Cashier #015222 did a great job-sweet,helpful,found good value for my money and then spoiled my shepherd in the van.Sorry I am terrible with remembering peoples names! Love it when you can leave a store and feel good about shopping there.Keep up the good work Bosleys on Bowen Road.
