Our car was hit from the backend. I have had cars hit in past and nothing but awful experiences. Ok call insurance time…dreading this all…..we were given an appointment to Carstar. Walking in, friendly, inviting and clean. I was listening to how they spoke on the phone to other clients. Amazingly friendly and sweet. Then my car was looked at, every question asked was thoroughly answered. Following week they got my car in to start body repair. Putting on my winter tires was a bonus. Super friendly, knowledgeable, kind. Having our car damaged was not bad at all. Great service, fantastic place and staff. Thank you!

Had a great experience from beginning to end! Took a little longer than initially expected. But I was extremely happy with the bumper replacement and other minor work they did! My car was detailed inside and out before pickup leaving me with a very clean, shiny car, and as if I never got in to a collision to begin with!!

My car got lots of small dents on the body due to hailstorm in Saskactchewan. When I moved here in Brantford I came to know about Carstar from one of my friends. its really worth going there n getting my car fixed. Very fast service and nice staff . My car looks new now. The park assist sensor on my car had been knocked off due to a loose weld. They took my car in the next day, popped the sensor back in and fixed the broken weld all in under an hour, free of charge. The super annoying beeping is gone and I really appreciate it!! All staff was really nice and helpful. My boyfriend has taken his car there a few times in the past with excellent service. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I had a Horrible experience they had my van 8 weeks and forgot to put hitch back on, didn't tint my back window to match the other windows and installed new front windshield without providing a quote which I asked for twice... However after talking to Sebastian he covered the cost of the windshield, and provided me with a rental for the day while my window was being tinted. Thank you for making things right!

The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. As occasions arise, I will not hesitate to recommend Carstar to anyone. They received the vehicle over the Christmas holidays for an insurance claim, included about 5 grand worth of repairs to my estimate that wasn't included in my claim, insurance tried to refuse the repairs as a result, once I argued it with the manager, suddenly they decided to do the repairs on my claim, now every time I call there is always an excuse as to why it's not finished, keep being told they are waiting on parts, but when I call the dealership to get an estimate on the parts and delivery time, they suddenly have the parts within the time I told them the dealership told me, now into May, and they are still waiting" on rivets to finish the job

These guys went above and beyond and for me and have won my business for life.Not only did they calm the beast that rear ended me. They also brought my perfect truck back to its showroom stock plus look.Thank you for all you do.Muchly appreciated.

Went to them for a bumper and for a few scratches along the body and both bumpers. Initially there was a miscommunication about the estimate and the final bill, but they were very gracious with helping us understand what happened and walked us through the work they completed. The work they did looked excellent, like there was never an issue in the first place. Overall very happy with the outcome.

Very courteous. Repair took longer than expected but that's because of part supply. They called periodically and kept me in the loop. We were very happy with the repair!
