Alex did a great job for me selling my coach home in Clayton Heights. I am a very busy professional and asked Alex to deal with lots of to do’s on my behalf including all dealings with existing tenants ( he paid to get them into hotel rooms & for cleaning crews to clean the rental suites for the initial showings). Alex also dealt with my Property Manager on my behalf, searched for available lawyers to handle the closing of the sale at the lowest possible fees, negotiated hard with the purchasers agent to eliminate any adjustments sought after the inspection reported highlighted certain deficiencies & even sent me a lovely generous gift basket when the whole thing was over.
