I don’t like giving bad reviews but what happened to me last week I just can’t forget about it! Girls( Maylene and josianne) who work there are so unprofessional and rude. Try to avoid them at any cost! They will pretend to call their so called “manager” and lie to you. Shoutout to Annabelle for being the best customer service representative!

Les employés du kiosque Carrefour Laval font un travail remarquable et en font davantage que ce qui est attendu d'eux envers le client. Je suis très satisfaite du suivi qui a été fait à la suite d'un bris de mon appareil, ainsi que du temps et des efforts investis à la fois par la compagnie et par les employés eux-mêmes. Je recommande cette succursale, et je félicite ses employés (en particulier Mathieu et Maryse) pour leur engagement, leur honnêteté et leur attitude positive et professionnelle! Merci beaucoup!

Amazing customer service given by Annabelle over at carrefour laval. She simplified everything for me and when she noticed my kids were getting restless waiting for a sim card activation from a defected card, sent me home and came to hand deliver my new one to my door at the end of her shift. She also spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to fix it for me. A million thanks

Very not helpful and rude workers. They didn't seem to care about the customers. When asked a question, the worker rather blamed me for not knowing. Never coming back.
