Softub Express

We bought a soft tub from our local dealer several years ago. When the power pack stopped functioning we figured it was beyond warranty, but that a factory representative might be able to fix it. We drove all the way to Rochester and they told us they would have to test it and would call us with the results. When they called they said it was junk and asked if we wanted to come get it or they would toss it. We decided to forget it. A year later the local rep told us this was a lie, that the pack could always be salvaged for less than $1000. It would have been nice if they had explained what you wrote in your reply before encouraging us to drive it to them from Ithaca. That is a simple matter of common decency, but (I agree) increasingly rare to encounter in today's world.You must admit that your suggestion to set up an appointment" is an inane idea

We bought our new portable hot tub from Softub Express and could not be happier. The website was easy to use and select options. Support was excellent and we had our tub in no time. We didn’t truly realize how portable these tubs are. So easy to roll and use, especially when compared with our old acrylic hot tub.

I reached out to SoftTub at the end of June, 2020. I texted back and forth with Jennifer about my wish to have a 6' SofTub. Even though stock was low because of the Pandemic, she found that they did have what I was looking for and within a week's time it was in my backyard. Jennifer was very helpful and got the delivery done quickly!!!

Softubs are junk. They are using different vinyl than they did in the past. They crack in extreme cold weather....even if in an enclosed area away from the sun and other elements. Softub Express requested several pictures, and just strung me along for approx. 3 months just to tell me they were not covering it. What a joke. During this process is when I learned they were using different vinyl.Save your money. There are plenty of hot tub manufacturers out there, so take this company off your list.
