Excellent staff reception when calling Gimli Septic. Welcoming and responsive to needs. Always helpful. Ground crew excellent too. Fortunate to have this service in SH.

Very bad service, and when I complained, they told me to call someone else. I do not recommend this company.

They used to be very quick to respond, their service has been getting worse. Can't trust that they will show up when promised. Now we will make sure to check that they actually showup when promised.

Great and friendly service

Septic Service Pump out and pump & tank wash down cleaning with hose. Pumps have to be kept clean if they are to last.I called Ledger/Gimli Septic Service this morning. Left a message & was called back in short order. I had tried other septic services but nothing has yet compared to this company. With all that Covid brought in hardships, rebuilding through shared prosperity and working together to service our community counts. We all become stronger through thoughtfulness and tolerance..So Gimli Septic came same day in the late morning. Pumped out and washed down to also clean my pump and tank. Logan and Gabe did a great job. Gimli Septic is there for you when needed. A little patience on both ends is all it takes.Conclusion -Great Service, Friendly, Professional and Considerate - 5 stars.

Have been using Gimli Septic for 5 years now. They have never let us down no matter how little notice we give them. Their drivers are friendly and never leave a trace they have ever been here. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service and response time. They don't pump on Sundays and are at the higher end for pricing.
