What an amazing experience I have had a BBBeauty. The customer service is fantastic. Tracey is my hairstylist and has been for years and she is the only one I trust to do my hair. Her hair techniques and end product is beautiful and always just the way I love it ! I would 100% trust BBBeauty and Tracey for all hair needs!

THE BEST EVER!!!! Brittany and her BB team did my wedding hair and bridal party's hair for my August outdoor wedding. Every single one of us looked drop dead gorgeous because of these talented ladies! Brit is the absolute sweetest and so incredibly professional. She made all of us feel so special with her mobile hair service and took the time while onsite to get to know each girl to ensure everyone's vision for their hair was exactly as they wanted it. We had such a blast getting ready together and the final product for my wedding hair was beyond perfect! I felt like an absolute princess and had compliments for the entire wedding day. Thank you Brit for making my day just that much more special.

This is my regular salon. I won't go anywhere else now. From the moment I arrive until I leave, I am pampered, and taken care of in the friendliest and most welcoming manner. The skills and techniques of the stylists are fantastic. I cannot recommend Bbbeauty enough!

Always an amazing experience getting my hair done at BBBeauty. By far the most beautiful and professional salon I've been too. All the staff is amazing and very welcoming. The business is ran very well especially with adaption to COVID. Also they sell the cutest scrunchies!

I have been going to BBBeauty for years now and I am never disappointed in the service or the staff. Today I brought my mother who just went through chemo and radiation and lost all her hair… she has not pampered herself in over a year and today Brit and her staff made my mom feel like amazing ! My mom is also hearing impaired and all the staff was incredible at communicating and making her feel super comfortable in the chair. Thank you ladies !!

only giving it a 2 star because the staff is so friendly. went first for highlights and loved them! I was already really blonde and just needed a root touch up. i recently went for bright blonde balayage and left with my hair slightly lighter and a bad blend. contacted them and went back in for them to fix the harsh line. they fixed the harsh line with a root smudge that made it darker, when i specifically said i do not want to be any darker. my hair ultimately looks very similar to when i came in, as it looks light brown instead of blonde. it’s unfortunate that i paid $330 to still be basically be a light brunette. and now i will have to pay another $$$ to go somewhere else to get what i want. i love the salon and everybody who works there is so nice! my hair looks fine, it’s just not what i asked or paid for! they also won’t give me a partial refund, as I do not feel comfortable going in AGAIN as that I very awkward, as I do not want to waste their time anymore. it’s very awkward and uncomfortable to tell them that you are upset with the outcome, especially because I had already went to try to fix it. the first pic is before, the second is after and the third is what i asked for. make sure you go to a stylist that specialized it blonde to get what you want.

We are so happy that we went with BBBeauty for our bridal hair services for my wedding! Brittany and her team were so lovely and easy to work with. Myself, my bridesmaids, and our moms loved our hair and they were so professional. Would definitely recommend them for your wedding morning if you want an amazing, stress free time.
