Perfection in every detail and smooth, articulate service. Food that is always interesting, tasty, plentiful, and beautiful. From the moment we arrive and are greeted warmly, to our departure, there's nowhere I would rather be in those moments.The chocolate cake is great, and is made superb by the toppings, including pomegranate seeds, caramel divine, and miso marshmallow.

When my wife and I are looking to go somewhere special, there isn’t a better fine dining experience in Southern Alberta. The staff somehow remembers everyone and the experience has only gotten better each time we go. I had the mushroom pork chop which was on a mushroom and pea wild rice risotto. The live music was not overpowering or too loud and set a great overall experience for a night on the town.You don’t have to leave Lethbridge to get a Michelin Star Fine Dining experience. (Not officially Michelin star but with a Sommelier on staff and a red seal chef, they are on track)

Fantastic upscale dining. You really get what you pay for here, and it is worth treating yourself. The space is small, and you will need to call in advance for reservations. Make sure you check the hours as well.We had an appetizer, main and dessert, and it was the perfect amount for me (I usually eat quite a bit, so the portions are fair). We also had mocktails that were super tasty, but they have a big list of cocktails.Service was super friendly and prompt, explained the menu very well, and answered all our questions.

Delightful experience beautiful decor overal mood and vibe was splendid for a ladies night out. Staff was wonderful in aiding our selection as well as taking photos. Vast variety of cocktails. Pleasant combination of Intricate layered flavours and a beautiful spread of options. Splendid to have more fine dinning location with a personal touch. Truly love when a chef seeks to converse with patrons and requests feed back.

Great little spot to have a nice dinner with different food options like duck, frog legs and bone marrow to name a couple. Appetizers were very good and main course was wonderful as well didn’t get dessert but all options looked delicious. The bartender made all sorts of cool fancy drinks all tasted great recommend trying lots of different options as he is a wizard behind the bar. Thanks for a fun time.

Hubby still can’t stop talking about his amazing steak, he’s so picky and it was so good. The service, food and atmosphere were all 5 stars. We truly enjoyed it. Celebrated our 21 anniversary was very special! Highly recommended

What a wonderful evening we had at Bourbon and Butter. The service was excellent and the the flavour of the food was outstanding. The cocktails are a must. The chef took care of our special requests and we couldn’t of been more pleased. So unique and so delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. We will be back.

Seen all the reviews on Google. And we thought we should try it. Reviews weren't lying. The food was amazing. Got the beef tenderloin and I could cut it with my fork. The roasted chicken was delicious too. We got the mussels as a starter and that was also amazing. Order another side of bread because you will want to soak up all that sauce on the bottom. Or just use your spoon that works too. Our server was Morgan she was great. Overall worth the price and the time to check this place out! Can't wait to be back !!
