This company took 800 cash from me then weeks later told me my insurance would be 1600 dollars more then they told me. On top of that I said I do not want it and kept my 800 and do not want to return the other half of my money.. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Superb, speedy, helpful, accommodating service - Highly recommended

A broker is supposed to be working to get you the best deals on insurance. After over a decade with Huestis, looking at a single insurance company independently saved nearly half off my rate, and on top of that they went after more of our money by charging for not cancelling (one would think not renewing would do the trick). Do yourself a favor, don't use this broker, just research your own insurance for 10 minutes and you'll do better.

I personally deal with Heustis Insurance, and have never had an issue. So pleasant to deal with when something comes up or a change needs to be made to a policy.I have recommended them to a few people.

My mom went in there to let them know that her boyfriend passed away (who was a customer of theirs for years). The woman at the front desk was so rude her. This is already a difficult time for my mom, and to have to deal with this woman doesn’t make the process any easier. There was no, “sorry for your loss” or “I’m sorry you have to go through this” — no compassion whatsoever. The exchange was just cold. If you’re working the front-end of any establishment, you should be at least friendly to the people/community your serving. They clearly don’t care about their customers (not even the ones who have been customers for years). I will NEVER use this company and I will be sure to let everyone I know who is looking for insurance to never use them as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a broker. I was a customer for over 5 years and would not recommend this company to anyone. They purposely do not answer their phones so that you have to leave a voicemail, then send you an email response after hours so that you cannot get a response that day.

Responsive, pleasant to do business with, and helpful to a fault. Even if my adjuster (Stacey) doesn't pick up right away, she will get back to me normally within the day or within 24 hours. They will answer whatever questions I have in a pinch and will take the time to explain coverage for different products (car insurance, apartment insurance, etc.) Great service overall - don't really understand why there are so many poor reviews.
