Cart girls are excellent but the older cashiers are loud and rude. It's just better to get it from the cart girl then deal with them

I went to order myself and my mom a chocolate cream pie and it was moldy. The cashier lady asked the other lady to remove the rest and she never did and they proceeded to keep selling them.

My first time volunteering at this bingo i enjoyed this little hall...nice staff and yummy food...i cant wait to go back and play since they dont have digi's there...

The bingo hall checks your records and if you go out they stamp your hand that way you don't have to show it again if you go out.The callers are friendly and if they know your new will explain the games.The concession staff Donna and Junita are friendly and are fast at the orders..The only thing that would be nice would be if they had specials like some other halls.The food is pretty good.On Sunday's it is player of the week for afternoon and evening,Tuesdays is half price and Friday's is Double digit for afternoon and evening.The chairs were replaced a couple years ago,so they are really soft.

It's a good bingo hall but the customer service from the bingo cashiers to the ushers selling ball tickets can be rude and ignorant or outright ignore you. Not pleased with the service. I got ignored and had rude service at the bingo cage.
