Got Tyler to maintain my lawn for the past year. Great guy, very honest and upfront with the amount.Other poeple was charging me 70, 80 for my lawn before the gas price spikes up. But he is charging me 50 only, even when the gas price is super high.I am the type of customer that likes to be hands off, and he just comes bikweely and take care of my lawn, I don't have to worry about a single thing.Highly recommended.

keep away! ! ! I agreed to Tyler offer and made an appointment to mow the lawn every 2 weeks starting on this week. He was not show up on the appointment and text me day after to raise the price by 50%. His reason was that he mistakenly missed cutting this property and it is corner lot. I asked him to keep the promise of the evaluation and cut the grass for this week. I text to him that I agree to a 50% increase in the next time price every three weeks instead of every two weeks. He texted me back: to buy some second hand equipment much cheaper than using a service.I'm speechless..... What's the point of quoting the address? He is the one who quoted the price, and he was the one who raised the price. He didn't keep the time, didn't keep the promise, but asked the customer who had been waiting for him for 2 weeks to buy a second-hand lawnmower to cut the grass.Stay away and don't waste time with him.

Tyler was great! My lawn was so overgrown and he got it back to a place where my neighbors no longer laugh at me. He was professional and upfront about what it will cost and what I can expect. Would definitely return for additional yard work
